Friendly helpful staff lovely room and balcony area. Assisi is walkable only in cooler weather. There is a bus but I would recommend a car is necessary. Good pool. Food and bar prices I thought were very reasonable.

Wonderful hotel
If you say Assisi, I can only think of the Hotel la Terrazza.
I spent days truly like a king with my wife and American cousins.
This property is a pearl to be jealously guarded. Excellent property, obsessive cleanliness not only of the rooms but of all common areas.
It is 500 meters from the Santa Chiara gate.
Dining room headed by Sergio, flanked by equally capable collaborators.
Very rich breakfast, alternative, with a rich buffet, with hot coffee prepared on the spot, also international.
With a magnificent semi-Olympic swimming pool, very clean, dignified, and very welcoming, from where you can enjoy an enchanting view.
The restaurant is the cornerstone of the Hotel, goodness, variety, kindness, courtesy, availability, a variety of excellent wines, and more, truly sublime dishes.
Silence, good manners, and courtesy reign, even among the staff.
All the staff are very friendly, respectful, and kind.
You are truly pampered and satisfied like in few places in the world, as is the fact that they accept well-behaved dogs.
And as the icing on the cake, it is equipped with a Super wellness center, for moments of total relaxation, costs not included in the stay, but very accessible.
A detail noted personally, with a confidential chat with the owner, with a viewing of photos of the various expansion and consolidation works of the structure in the past, and it is earthquake-proof,
It can accommodate disabled people as it is equipped with an elevator to all levels, in addition to dedicated rooms.
Welcomes 4-legged friends.

Good location, accomodating staff, terrible beds
I picked this hotel because we had a car and needed parking, and it had a good rating. The location and view are really lovely, and staff was great, very accommodating, especially Antonella. However, the first room was the tiniest I’ve ever been in - shockingly tiny. We were able to move after two nights for another two nights. Much better room, with a balcony and view. But beds in both roooms were extremely hard, and the pillows hard as well. I would not stay there again because of the uncomfortable beds.
