Everything was perfect!
We chose Villa Gervasio as the location for our wedding and, from the very beginning, we felt pampered and well taken care of. Gianni showed us the property, explaining in detail the management of the event and specifying with extreme clarity what was included in the price and what was considered extra.
The villa is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and attended to in every detail. Since both my wife and I have parents with mobility difficulties, we found it perfectly suitable for their needs as well. The view, moreover, is spectacular: one enjoys a truly enchanting panorama. Not living in Naples, we managed almost everything from a distance, having to go in person only once for the menu tasting.
On the day of the wedding, the event took place with fantastic naturalness. The food and wine were excellent. Massimo, the room manager, and all the waiters were extremely helpful, friendly, and truly impeccable. Weeks later, we continue to receive compliments from our guests about the beauty of the location and the quality of the food.
For the wedding, we also booked several rooms for multiple days. The rooms offer a beautiful view, enhanced by a very large terrace from which to admire the scenery in total relaxation. If you are worried about the overlap with the receptions, do not fear: the staff is very skilled at managing the movements of event guests without those staying feeling the slightest disturbance. During our overnight stay, we also tried the à la carte restaurant and, of course, it did not disappoint our expectations.
We could not be happier: everything went perfectly. We recommend Villa Gervasio to any couple looking to get married or stay in the area... trust us, it is truly worth it! There will be plenty of opportunities to return.

Great for a stay in the area
This is mostly an event venue. There were events on both days we were there. They do have a few rooms though which are quite modern and comfortable. The view over the city and the bay is also exceptional and worth the stay alone. The staff were also friendly and helpful. There is a breakfast included but I wish they had more options, that would be my only critique. Other than that, I would recommend staying here.

DISAPPOINTED
Deluxe room paid 102 euros in January. Dirty and uncomfortable, it deserves stars, the only star goes to the polite and kind staff and the lovely structure, but: stained linen, indecent and dirty upholstery, door broken with difficulty to close, noisy hotel (from 5 am we were woken up by the parrots who cleverly put the entrance of the stairs leading to the rooms), also on the bed there was no duvet, but it was only in the closet room and did not look clean, as well as the bedspread and upholstery pillows placed directly on the sheets that had to be cleaned.
I attach photos of bench , for lack of time I could not photograph the other elements this morning.
I am sorry to write this review because the staff seems to be really nice, I hope it can be constructive for the owners, but the hotel is poorly run. I don't recommend it.

Breathtaking location, maniacal cleanliness, kindness and attention to guests, great breakfast, common areas (indoors and outdoors) fabulous and attention to detail. In essence, to return as soon as possible. Superb!

Lovely place........Disappointment with the treatment
Lovely place nothing to say
for the rest we had a terrible breakfast, a noisy room but the unpredictable and unthinkable thing was the absolute lack of services. We arrived at the entrance of all those present, no one thought to help us with our luggage. The environment is very nice but the guests must be treated well, not with disdain, it almost seems like you are doing them a favor (at the reception in the morning when we went to pay you should tell the staff that the guests are being greeted, I think it's the minimum, good morning.. .good evening...thank you. Goodbye etc.).I don't want to dwell on the general lack of organization and "attention" towards guests
