A top-class wellness hotel!
Where do we start... what is really exceptional is the entire wellness area, you could spend the whole day there. The 360° sauna is a highlight, as is the infinity pool and everything else. The room had a very good design, but the bathroom seemed a bit "simple" compared to the rest of the room. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. What we didn't like so much was the entire reception area with lobby and bar: everything seemed a bit too dignified or ordinary compared to the rest of the hotel. In our opinion, more lifestyle would be good here. For all ski enthusiasts: super great ski room, ski shuttle to and from the lift (approx. 3 minutes drive), the Falzarego, Cinque Torri, Cortina ski area is very easy to reach and is a highlight. Service and staff very attentive. All in all: a highlight!

A perfect stay
We stayed for 4 nights at Hotel Fanes and had a fantastic stay. The room was very spacious, stylishly decorated and always perfectly clean, as was the whole hotel. The food was great, whether at breakfast or in the evening. In particular, the vegetarian options in the evening were always a dream.
The sauna area is very spacious, especially there are plenty of relaxation areas and sunbeds. An absolute highlight is the 360 degree sauna with views of the Dolomites and the Sky Pool!

Summer holliday
We were having issues with the booking which was partly also messy by us but we found out on arrival that we needed to change 3 times in 5 days plus last 3 days there was 1 sleeping room instead of 2 which is not nice with a 17 year old. There was no flexixility on re-booking ore cancelling the last nights.
The first two nights the room in the chalets good although the chalet back is facing a soccer field (that belongs to the hotel). The noise doesn't meet the hotel standards. The following two nights were not good at all. The hotel room ( 308) faced the back of the hotel with a lot of noise.
Food was good but overal experience not good.

Uno fra i più begli hotel delle Dolomiti !!
Adoro questo Hotel , è il mio preferito se devo andare in Val Badia e ci soggiorno sia in estate , per i meravigliosi colori delle montagne incantevoli ed uniche , che in inverno , dove le piste da sci e gli impianti sono il Top d’Europa . L’hotel , presente a S . Cassiano da molti anni , è sempre in continua trasformazione , ormai ha tutte le camere nuovissime , le sue stanze standard ,in altri hotel le chiamerebbero : suites ; le suites , invece sono dei piccoli bellissimi appartamenti arredati in stile montano chic che neppure la vicina Cortina possiede in un albergo . La zona SPA è meravigliosa, ricca di ogni dotazione , più saune , più zone relax , due piscine , una solo per la zona adulti , all’aperto , riscaldata , su di una terrazza che domina le Dolomiti ; l’altra , per tutti gli ospiti , coperta che peró si apre all’esterno con una finestra automatica , anche qui l’ acqua é sempre a temperatura perfetta . Nell’hotel c’é anche una zona per i piccoli ospiti , per divertirsi , disegnare , giocare , sempre seguiti da una brava babysitter. Il cibo è fantastico , la colazione un’esperienza meravigliosa ...... cosa chiedere di più ? Il conto magari non è economico , ma in un posto che ti offre queste cose , é comprensibile . Provatelo , vi resterá , come lo è ormai per me , nel cuore !
