This hotel is a little gem! Starting with the super location, Villa Gemella is just wow. Family, well-groomed, with highly motivated, helpful staff you feel at home from the first moment.Especially the maids do a great job and at the breakfast buffet the boss and his employee reads every wish from your eyes.The breakfast is very rich and there is something for everyone, different bread choices. Meat, cheese, butter, jam, honey, sweet baked goods, cereal, yogurt. even pancake with maple syrup, fruits, juices, those teas and every coffee variety. The breakfast room is airy and with sea views. My room (suite) left nothing to be desired, large, bright, with very comfortable bed, a beautiful terrace with sea views and also in the bathroom it lacks nothing. The whole hotel complex is very quiet, everywhere it has places where you can stay and also the pool complex is very nice, not to mention the free parking.Total more 4 than 3 stars and a place where you always return once you have been there, because the value for money is also appropriate for the area. So everything done right and a real insider tip!

Dreamy view, discount-store breakfast, and an owner allergic to criticism
Sardinia boasts an extraordinary gastronomic tradition, with local farm-to-table excellence ranging from cheeses to the famous Arborea milk. If, however, you hope to savor these delicacies at breakfast, stay away from this hotel. Here, the wake-up call tastes like packaged snacks, industrial muffins, and frozen, reheated pastries. An insult to the region.
The irony of fate? Right in front of the hotel there is a supermarket with a giant sign: “DISCOVER THE EXCELLENCE OF LOCAL PRODUCE”. Evidently, for the hotel management, crossing the street was too much of an effort.
A positive note for the Family Suite: two very large rooms and a balcony with a breathtaking sunset view.
A note of merit to the cleaning staff, truly kind and quick.
The problems (the real ones) start with the details and end with the management:
- The bathrooms: One of the two is definitely small and, to use the facilities (toilet and bidet) comfortably, you have to sit a bit sideways.
- The accessories: The provided hair dryer only gives off a worrying smell of burnt heating element without blowing any air. On the other hand, for tea in the room you will find a triumph of non-eco-friendly plastic (individually sealed cups) and two minibars with jewelry-store prices.
The real "touch of class" of the property, however, is the owner. Evidently inclined to eavesdrop on other people's conversations, he felt compelled to pull us aside to order us to leave.
Our crime? Having commented among ourselves, in a family conversation, that the breakfast was not up to standard.
To the gentleman allergic to good manners, we remind him of two basic concepts in force in Italy: freedom of expression and the fact that you cannot deny a service that has already been handsomely paid for.
In summary: If you are looking for a beautiful view and an owner who prefers to kick out customers rather than accept constructive criticism about his low-cost breakfast, it is the perfect place. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Ideal for a quiet stay in the heart of Baja Sardinia
This hotel has its strong point in the exquisite, welcoming and warm staff, super ready to look after customers.
It is located in Baja Sardinia in a great location, very good value for money, large enough pool and a beautiful black cat, mascot of the structure. I can not report the wonderful beach behind the hotel, an oasis of peace surrounded by Sardinian nature. Absolutely recommended, I will be back!

PERFECT stay!!!!
Last month we stayed at this hotel and we can say it was a PERFECT stay!
The property has comfortable rooms, well furnished and super clean. A perfect breakfast to start the day and a pool where you can spend a few hours relaxing especially at the end of the day.
The staff very friendly, helpful, always smiling and ready to meet our every request. Andrea and Rebecca (lovely owners) provided us with a thousand suggestions to enjoy the holiday.... I must say that they made us feel at home!
The hotel's location is ideal, close to the beaches, supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconists and downtown. It has a panoramic view of the coast where you can admire a beautiful sunset, perhaps sipping a cocktail in total relaxation!
.... what more can I say... I would come back tomorrow

The hotel is simple but well maintained. Logistically strategic for the location close to beaches, clubs and the center of Baja Sardinia. It has private parking. The breakfast is good and suitable for all palates. A notq of merit to the owner Andrea, very kind and welcoming person. Also good value for money.
