Quality not up to par
Access to the pool is public so at a certain time it becomes as crowded as a municipal pool, sauna on for about an hour and upon request.
The dinner was supposed to be a multi-course Piedmontese dinner but in the end they brought a "pizza tour" with various tastings.
It is advertised as Agribenessere for relaxation but in reality the offer is not up to par, and the cost is exaggerated.

A Lovely Stay Surrounded by Nature, with One Suggestion for Improvement
The only point I would like to mention concerns transparency in communication. On the evening of August 1st, during dinner, we asked whether it would be possible to use the swimming pool the following morning after checking out of our room by 10:30 a.m., since we planned to stay on the property for the barbecue scheduled around 1:30 p.m. At that time, we were not informed of any additional charge, nor did we notice any information displayed regarding this.
When it came time to settle the bill, we were charged €20 per person for using the pool during those few hours in the morning. I do not dispute that there was a fee, but I would have appreciated it being clearly communicated in advance. Had we known, we would probably have made different plans and perhaps would not have stayed for lunch.
The barbecue itself was enjoyable and the service was impeccable. However, considering the overall cost of the experience, we felt that the portions were somewhat limited.
That said, our overall impression remains positive. It is a lovely property, managed with kindness and professionalism. This small inconvenience does not overshadow the many positive aspects of our stay, but rather serves as a suggestion for further improving the guest experience.
