THANK YOU

It's a wonderful hotel. From reception to dinner and breakfast staff, it fully deserves five stars. If I were to come back to Bari, I would stay here. A seating area serving water, tea, and coffee has been set up in the lobby. You arrive at the hotel exhausted and immediately feel refreshed. We had dinner at the hotel. The head waiter managing the service is serious and does his job very well. Breakfast room staff were quick and friendly.

Recommended!

Well located, very close to the airport and the city. The structure is modern and elegant. Beautiful common areas, very lit, and the room, large and comfortable. The staff is attentive and kind. Various snacks and salads are available for lunch, while the restaurant is open for dinner. A refreshment area with free coffee and drinks is always available. Breakfast is king. Congratulations!

Disappointed

Stylish and modern with ample parking for visitors with cars. Located too far from the historic area to walk there. The room was large and equipped with several plugs. There was a multiplug cube on one nightstand but our 6 ft charging cable couldn’t reach the other side so we had to place the cube in the middle of the bed for us both to charge phones. The bathroom was separated from the bedroom by a sliding frosted glass door and one wall of the shower was also glass so turning on the bathroom light at night lights up the whole room- an annoyance. But the bathroom was good sized with ample counter space. Shower had good water pressure.
The main problem we experienced was that the AC wouldn’t work. We advised the desk personnel and were told they would take care of it but our room was even hotter when we returned from an outing. Then we were told to open the window- which was a tiny rectangle totally covered by the heavy curtains which were anchored on that side. Our room faced west so keeping the curtains closed was the only way to keep the room from becoming an oven.
Had we not already completely unpacked I would have insisted we be moved to another room. Very disappointed with the hotel in this situation.
We had to leave very early before breakfast to go to the airport so can’t comment on the breakfast they offer but they did pack us a breakfast to take with us. Had it not been for the AC situation we would have recommended the hotel to others who don’t mind driving or taking a taxi to the historic center

Hi Hotel Bari in my opinion is one of the best hotels in the world that i have stayed in. The rooms were immaculate, cleaning staff excellent, reception staff were really helpful, and the Resturant staff were very efficient. The choice of the buffet breakfast was superb with plenty of vegetarian options.The hotel is well connected to Bari Vecchia via bus D or 27 to the station. Reception and rooms are contemporary and modern
