You have to take this room!
Very clean, quiet and with everything you need for your stay. The host is very kind and helps you with proposals for possibilities of excursion.
Everything you need is just around the corner. Restaurants supermarkets and cafés are just a few minutes away.
Sehr sauberes Zimmer, sehr netter Gastgeber. Gut ausgestattet, schön ruhig und in super Lage. Supermarkt, Café, Restaurants..alles gleich um die Ecke.

Dirty place!
They recommended this place to us on trust, telling us not to worry because they are very clean, so much so that trusting us, we didn't even check the reviews!
but unfortunately it wasn't like that!
Paid €35 per person.
Check in Saturday 6 April 2024, check out Sunday 7 2024, me, my daughter and my partner.
As soon as we entered we wanted to leave but as it was one in the morning and we had a newborn we couldn't do it!
Old B&B, with bad smells, dirty... from the floor, to the walls, to the chair covers full of stains, to the orange duvet (old, dirty and with a lot of hair from previous guests)!
The brown patterned sheets and brown towels... how disgusting!
The sheets and towels should be white because once the guests leave they should theoretically be bleached and disinfected in the washing machine!
The kitchen is shared with the other rooms... obviously this one is also dirty!
An experience not to be repeated!
It disgusted me so much that I didn't even take photos!
I advise you to improve from several points of view, we are in the 21st century.

Not too good, not too bad
The host is friendly and helpful, yes!
The room had a very bad smell because definitely someone was smoking there before we arrived. It made the air hard to breathe, especially at night (even with the window open!)
It took almost 24h to get rid of it.
The bathroom was small, but clean.
The breakfast very simple, but with great coffee.
The location is not ideal, but at least it’s close to many stores and bistros.
Overall, not very bad, not very good.
For a night stay it’s acceptable.

es una buena opcion
Lo reserve´porque sabia que tenia estacionamiento dentro de la propiedad. Y eso es imprescindible y sumamente cómodo. El b y b es un poco antiguo pero los baños estan hechos a nuevo. Posee una cocina en donde te podes hacer el desayuno. Nicola te deja las cápsulas para el cafe y no las escatima para nada. La heladerita está dentro de la habitacion, lo que permite guardarlo que uno quiera. Tambien tiene en la cocina un microondas, por lo tanto, sino queres comer afuera te compras algo y lo calentas allí. Tambien hay un balconcito por si queres lavar alguna ropa. Son solo tres habitaciones asi que es muy tranquilo. Del centro queda a una media hora caminando. Hay que cruzar por la zona de la estación. No es lo mejor, Aconsejo no cruzarla de noche. Lo demás muy bueno. Eso si es un primer piso por escalera

Note positive:vicinissimo al Politecnico,parcheggio a pagamento privato nella recinzione dello stabile,camera bagno e cucina puliti,lenzuola e asciugamani puliti,proprietari disponibili,frigo in camera,bagno privato,Wifi gratuito funzionante,TV in camera
Note negative:camere non isolate bene se trovate dei vicini di camera casinisti non riuscirete a dormire tra voci alte e TV a tutto volume,la colazione era in cucina che era in comune con altri ospiti e il cibo non confezionato veniva toccato con le mani di tutti..poco igienico,non c'era una bottiglia di acqua ma veniva offerta acqua di rubinetto
Note negative:camere non isolate bene se trovate dei vicini di camera casinisti non riuscirete a dormire tra voci alte e TV a tutto volume,la colazione era in cucina che era in comune con altri ospiti e il cibo non confezionato veniva toccato con le mani di tutti..poco igienico,non c'era una bottiglia di acqua ma veniva offerta acqua di rubinetto
