We celebrated my daughter's eighteenth birthday and received a lot of courtesy, professionalism, and kindness, accompanied by good food and a "very polite" service.

Good location, services could be improved

The hotel, in my opinion, does not fully reflect the standard of a four-star property. The room was a bit disappointing, with a window that overlooked the external emergency staircase, and a non-functioning air conditioner. We had to ask for new batteries, because the heat was unbearable, we couldn't do without it. The cleanliness is acceptable, but some details could be taken care of better. For example, in the shower stall, there is no shelf for the dispensers. Overall, it is sufficient accommodation for a short stay, but the ratio between the declared category and the quality offered leaves room for improvement.

Perfect if it wasn't for the little food

I was 2 days with a school, the structure is fine and elegant, large rooms and cleanliness everywhere.
Tranqyillo environment and ample parking.
Sore note the quantities expected for the 2 dinners. On the quality nothing to object, but the portions really meager and despite the stresses made to the reception staff and to that of the room the boys were literally half belly.
I think I will go back but making clear some aspects about the half board provided.
I would add that both evenings we went to a pub to re-encounter and this seems really absurd.
I hope that what is written will be taken into consideration.
