I'd live in a room like that!

I'd live in a room like that! Spacious, stylish and well equipped. Impeccable cleanliness. Very comfortable bed. Perfect air conditioning, not too hot, not too cold. Parking in personal box with direct access to the room. An amazing bathroom, beautiful, colorful, clean and welcoming. Lovely breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. An absolute gem of a hotel!

Poor

We requested a room, and a colleague had said it was all okay and available. However, the owner came out in the morning at 7 before going to work, saying that we had to check out by 11 because it was occupied. Additionally, the night before, the doorman wanted to lock us out at 12:30, saying he wanted to close. Given the poor service and the unfriendliness of the staff and the owner (except for Ms. Raffaella) and the disorganization of the place, I gave two stars only for the pool. Terrible experience

La signora omette di riferire la circostanza di NON aver pagato il conto (pernottamenti e consumazioni) abbandonando la struttura furtivamente.

More attention to maintenance

Overall the hotel is not bad, apart from some problems with the sat nav that makes you stop about half a kilometer away.
The problem is in the maintenance, too many malfunctions found starting with the split of the air conditioner dripping on the cabinet below. Reported the inconveniences have proposed me a discount in case of a future stay that obviously there will not be.

Very very clean, hearty breakfast with homemade products, free private indoor parking, excellent value for money.
Rooms welcoming, The girls at the reception are always very friendly and well prepared. The living room is very nice and picturesque, with a pool table and a fireplace.

Lovely stay

It was a really nice stay on our way to France. The lady in the reception was super helpful over the phone when google maps showed the wrong address.
The kids loved the pool and playgrounds and we had private parking just outside our room. The breakfast also had all we needed.
