Great experience

After booking this I read the reviews and was worried but I have to say I was worried for no reason. The owner was really helpful and very friendly and polite. The room was spotless and ideally placed for the train station and Citta Alta.
I would definitely stay here again.

Horrible and unreliable

Very bad experience, the flight was delayed and the owner did not want to assist us at the arrival time. Very bad manners on the phone and he clearly told us to find our way, that it was not his problem. I do not recommend it and I do not know how a platform like Booking, looking at the reviews, continues to manage reservations with it. We have no security with this accommodation since it leaves you stranded in another country and ends up charging you.
Horrible and unreliable experience.

TERRIBLE...EFFECTIVE.

Appalling. He left us stranded in Bergamo at 01:00 in the morning. Due to delays in the Ryanair flight, subsequent detour to Milan airport and trip by bus to Bergamo...the unpresentable owner told us over the phone to "find a life." I do not recommend to anybody.

Absolutely terrible - do not stay

I booked this hotel for a night and stated at the time of booking I needed a late check in. Rather than state they could not accommodate this request they took the booking and I was unable to stay. I am lucky I was able to find something else and did not have to walk the streets. They have not responded to rehear for a refund. Totally inflexible and unethical. Don’t book this place.

Esperienza non positiva

Ho soggiorno ieri in questa struttura. La camera era fredda anche perché riscaldata da un termosifone minuscolo. Stamane mentre facevo la doccia ad un certo punto l'acqua esce ghiacciata. Risposta del propietario: sarà finita l acqua nel boiler!!! Però io intanto mi son dovuto lavare con acqua fredda il 26 gennaio!!!!
