Never book
They canceled our reservation last minute when we just landed.We landed at 23:30 so we had to book a hotel at 12 am.
Very rude.

The worst experience
Warning! Not a real B&B, do not book! This place is in the middle of a bunch of apartment buildings, in an apartment. My wife booked well in advanced and never received any confirmation from them. When we arrived we couldn't find the place. The telephone number listed is not correct! We had to ask people on the street where it was to find it and when we got to the building none of the buzzers were labeled with the name of the place. We got inside when someone came back from walking their dog. We sat in the hall ringing the bell and knocking for probably 20 minutes. I could hear someone inside watching TV and walking around. Someone finally came out to say there was a gas leak and we couldn't stay there. Keep in mind this was at 11:30 at night and we have a flight early the next day.

Just disappointing
Because we had a flight that landed at midnight in Bergamo we have been looking for a 24 hour reception. That is why we choosed this hotel. We told them three weeks before we arrived that we check in at 1:00 a.m. No answer! In the morning at the Day we arrived we got a message that we have to pay 10euro more because the reception is only open until midnight. So now we can not cancel the reservation and we have to pay 20% more. The owner of the hotel called us when we arrived at the airport. She waited outside and picked us up for 10euro.
She brought us in a flat where she offers three rooms. We had to share the bathroom with her son. And for our room we had no key. We did not felt very cosy. In the morning when we went to take a shower there was a basket in front of our door. The basket was filled with "breakfast". Just Look at the picture.

Nightmare, terrifying
We spent 1 night in this B&B, it was not just a nightmare but we were absolutely terrified. Me and my friend ( 2 ladies) arrived to this B&B on a Monday afternoon to spend 1 night close to the airport before we traveled back to the UK. First of all, it is a flat in a house estate so not easy to find. Nobody was at the B&B when we arrived, around 5 PM so contacted the owner who than arrived. The "reception area" was small and dark, 2 sofa and a desk in this area. A young man (Domenico's brother) was taking our details. He said he can not speak English so kept the contact short.His arm was full of fresh tattoos and looked very scary. While my friend was signing the paperwork I looked around on the balcony, where we supposed to have our breakfast. It was untidy and saw stuff for tattoo making, cigarettes, ashtrays everywhere. The room was small, 2 beds only with dirty bedding. They have 3 guest rooms with shared bathroom, which was dirty and had nothing, no towel, no soap, nothing! At this point I was going to leave but my friend persuade me to stay. We went out for a dinner, back to the B&B around 8 PM, they had party on the balcony, it was around 5-6 young man there they all were smoking weed or some kind of drug! The man from the reception knocked on our door to collect the money that evening he was totally stoned, smelled of drog's and his eyes were red. We were terrified. After that some other guest arrived (young girls), they were partying, laughing and chatting very laud till 2.30 AM so we could not have any sleep. We had to get up at 4 AM, so had maximum of 1,5 hours sleep - if you can call this sleep on a stinky, dirty bed. Had to have a shower and dry our self with our cloths as they were not giving us any towel. The owner Domenico and his brother were sleeping in the reception on the sofas in their cloths.They took us to the airport that morning for 10 eur, but both of them come with us, Domenico and his brother (the drogged receptionist). We were so scared and terrified, was thinking why they both coming with us? However luckily they took us to the airport without any problem.I would definitely not call this as B&B, more likely a student room or hostel. I'm very disappointed.

Неплохо но не за эти деньги
В целом неплохой B&B но совершенно не стоит своих денег. Неудобно расположен (только если для вас важна близость к аэропорту), не достаточно комфортен (мало электрических розеток). Гостеприимные хозяева (одолжившие зонт в дождь) не могут перевесить минусы: дороговизна и неудобное расположение.
