You should definitely avoid!

Has as much to do with “A Thousand and One Nights” (mille e una notte) as fast food with star cuisine – an absolute joke!
Just arrived, the nightmare:
• Heating dead,
• Shower broken,
• Hair dryer in bucket,
• disgustingly dirty everywhere,
• and the bed so sagged that you felt like you were in a hammock from the 70s – sleep? Misrepresentation!
Landlord only contacts on pressure:
• Shower only patched up the next day,
• Air conditioning in the bathroom the day after next,
• Room climate? Half dead, that's all.
Location top – yes, right in Alta. But otherwise?
The landlord must have known the shortcomings – the shower head had been broken for ages!
And the photos on all the portals? Lyrics!
Nothing, but also NOTHING, matches reality.

Mille E Una Notte scams and lets people sleep on the streets.

Had booked, paid and done online check-in. Had contacted Mille E Una Notte in relation to the fact that our flight, according to plan, landed at 18:40 which quite logically means that arrival at Mille E Una Notte will be late and maybe even too late compared to the check-in window which is at 20. It was also closed to public transport to Alta City until around 8pm (Reason unknown) But I get an email back where I am told a phone number for 'Alexia so she can take care of check-in when we arrive' . Nothing, like in no way anything that it would be a problem and that they would cancel our booking if we weren't there before 8pm
Since for quite clear reasons we arrive a little later and call the indicated telephone number as agreed, there is no answer at any time. Via Booking.com we write to Mille E Una Notte and to Booking.com, but nothing happens. We later find out that they, Mille E Una Notte, have themselves canceled our booking, kept the money and rented out to the other side again.
There are key boxes for all the doors to the apartment, which they could have just explained, then there would have been no problem, but no.
As everything was occupied in the arch and just outside as well, we ended up having to sleep on the street. It smells like exploitation and deliberate fraud. Booking.com can hardly be contacted for dialogue or submitting a complaint. That in itself is disrespectful. Hotels.com and Booking.com should refuse to mediate rentals for Mille E Una Notte. Booking.com should be a little more serious in general.
Mille E Una Notte is a scam, so beware of booking with them. Located very centrally but scams as soon as they have the opportunity. Ring Ring Ring

Terrible experience

Be careful!!! We booked the place via Booking.com and they cancelled our revervation on the day of arrival. There is no contact with them, no explanation, nothing. We were left with 2 more days in Italy and no place to sleep. Not recommended at all.
