Great find!

This accommodation really did suit our needs. Clean, comfortable and warm. Lovely power shower with constant hot water and a huge king size bed! Convenient location - about 20 minutes flat walk to the cultural centre. Great local Coop for provisions just down road.
Very peaceful at night.....we overslept actually so set your alarm!
Check in was at the Astoria Hotel, just a short walk away. Staff were really warm and friendly . We were able to store our luggage there, free of charge, after checking out of our room.
All in all, good value accommodation, not luxurious but for the price, it really did the job. Highly recommend if you're looking for a night or two in Bologna.

Pay receptionists better who can devalue your business, and if they are well paid, you will see the difference.

Receptionist showed zero interest in communicating in Spanish, spoke without trying to be understood, quickly and I would say in a bad mood. If you have luggage, better not come to this hotel because to leave it you will have to take it to the reception which is two blocks away, unnecessary inconvenience. The room is fine.

Large and clean room

Room spacious and clean. There is refrigerator, dishwasher, spacious bathroom with comfortable shower.
I stayed only one night for a business trip; the kitchen table was useful for working on PC and reviewing the notes taken on my custom Midori.
Close to the station and within walking distance of the hotel where you have to check in.
There were also small bottles of water and the necessary to prepare instant coffee using the kettle or induction oven.

NOT AS DESCRIBED WITH RUDE STAFF

What a terrible place this is!!!! The rooms aren't even in the actual hotel, you have to walk around the block to get to them, with a map and not even be shown, the staff especially tani are extremely rude and ignorant stay away from this place, which I wouldn't even call a hotel if you want to enjoy your stay!!!!
