Bad experience doesn't even deserve 1 star
Bad experience, dirty structure, dirty bedspread , encrusted shower, bathroom without bidet, heating off and old-fashioned air conditioner and no remote control. Impossible to dispute because there are no staff present in the structure

Left to walk without an answer
As per the reviews of other guests. They never responded to the request for late check-in, I never received the promised whatsapp message. They never answered the phone numbers and I stayed on foot to Bologna at 19:00. They pocketed the €100 of the room that they do not want to refund despite being reported 24/24 reception.
Also having cancelled their reservation from Booking, I can not even do a review. To be reported to the consumer association. Shame on you

Absolutely to AVOID
I stayed several times in this property. Until now run by a very friendly guy and attentive to detail. To date the management is entrusted to a lady who is completely inadequate to have relations with the customer, rudeness at the highest level and also I found all the towels supplied stained. I will never stay at this facility again.

Cancellation due to late check-in
Unfortunately, we have had quite similar experiences as described in the previous reviews: Even before arrival we tried to contact the property via Booking to arrange a later check-in – unfortunately without any feedback. Also our direct email to the accommodation went unanswered or was answered very briefly and unfriendly on the day of our arrival. Check-in is not possible later than 17.00. A cooperative solution was not offered. Although a 24-hour check-in and a reception desk were indicated on booking, no one was available on site, either in person or by phone. Even Booking could not reach the owner.
When we finally reached someone by phone, we were told in a very unkind way that our booking had been cancelled as we “did not show up” – despite having tried to get in touch several times. The conversation was abruptly ended by the owner after he became loud and outgoing. I suspect that the owner knew from the beginning that we would not show up in time and was thus able to double-book the accommodation.
Providing a 24h service on Booking is completely misleading in our view, as there is no flexible check-in facility, there are no staff on site and accessibility is not guaranteed. You come to the property with a code, so in my opinion there is no reason why you can't check in at a later hour.
The whole situation was frustrating and dealing with guests was absolutely unprofessional from our point of view. We booked for 4 nights and ended up sitting on the cost. In addition, we had to look for and pay for a new accommodation on site. A look at further reviews shows that we are not alone in our experience. Please do not book through this provider!

Accommodation cancelled and full price paid
On request for the possibility of later check-in via Booking I never received a reply. Before leaving, I contacted the property directly via email and learned that a later check-in was not possible. There was never any response to polite inquiries about whether there was another solution. Either emails were not responded to or very concise, unfriendly and non-cooperative. Although a 24-hour reception was indicated at Booking, even Booking did not reach the owner. Finally, our booking was cancelled and we paid the full price.
