Welcoming solution in the center of Bologna

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, breakfast included, while I was assisting a family member hospitalized at Villa Torri.
The distance is about 11 minutes on foot, on a busy street. Along the way there is a very well-stocked supermarket.
Also near the hotel there is a small supermarket (various ready-made products).
Room 104 was cozy, quiet, and clean, equipped with independently adjustable air conditioning. Bathroom with shower tub a bit dated but spacious and clean.
The breakfast was good, with a choice between sweet and savory.
The staff and the owners were always very friendly and helpful.
I will definitely keep it in mind if I return to Bologna.

Very good hotel

This is a nice hotel. The hotel is in a great location only a 10 minute straight line walk to the Piazza Maggiore and the heart of Bologna. The air conditioning in the room was beyond perfect as it was incredibly hot in Bologna and the air con managed to thanfully make the room feel like a fridge. Will stay again.

Very pleasant

We stayed 3 nights in a triple room and had a very pleasant stay. The room was very comfortable and staff were friendly. It’s about a 10min walk to the centre under the porticos.

I recommend this accommodation.

We stayed for 1 day; the rooms were comfortable, clean, with good bedding and air conditioning.
It has an elevator. In my case, the room faced a very nice terrace.
Breakfast was good. Although I did not ask, it is clear that it is run by its very kind owners, who are available for any inquiries.
It has paid parking.
The location is excellent, very close to the historic center within walking distance.
I recommend it.
