A comfortable weekend in Bologna
A very comfortable weekend at the Sant'Orsola residence, in a quiet, peaceful and very clean environment.
The location is located in a typical street in the historic center of Bologna which is particularly fascinating.

Not the Recommendation - absolutely to avoid if you can.
Unfortunately I had a bad experience! I don't wish anyone to clash with characters like that. Meanwhile, on the phone they answer only for the first reception after selling the room they no longer answer you. I had a problem with Booking for a double account created and by mistake I booked this apartment when I didn't need it (Sunday afternoon). After less than 48 hours (early Tuesday morning) I noticed the error and called the property asking for the cancellation of Reservation. Initially they told me to hear from the Booking platform because they are the ones making the refunds. Booking customer service understood the problem and granted me the refund. After 20 minutes I received an email from Booking informing me that they could not proceed with the refund as the property had refused to consent. I'm calling them to see why they've changed their minds, and they haven't heard back. So I write on wa to the number I had and, always via wa, I am informed that the Milan office does not allow exceptions for which no refund. I try to call .... nothing! Via WA I begged them to meet me, I don't have much money I'm a mom with a little girl who wanted to visit Bologna, but there was nothing to do. They wouldn't even give me the number of the Milan offices to talk to those who have decision-making power. I wanted to call them to work out a deal, maybe split the penalty in half. But they never gave me a chance to talk again. So on Tuesday afternoon I agree to cancel and pay a penalty of 291 euros on a total cost of 390 euros. After just over 12 hours (Wednesday morning at 8am) the apartment had already been sold to others. They didn't lose the business or the profit because of me (I held the Reservation for 36 hours) and they had the courage to appropriate 291 euros of mine without having earned them. I would call this something else but unfortunately I can't. There are a million other apartments just as beautiful and with much more Human people. I Recommendation you to try them.

Not good at all
TERRIBLE AND UNHUMAN ATTITUDE
UNFORTINATLY BECAUSE WAR IN ISRAEL WE HAVE TO CANCEL OUR RESERVATOIN IN THE HOTEL.
WE WROTE THE FEW MAILS AND DESCRIBE THE SITUATION AND ASK FOR A REFUND. NOBODY DIDNT RESPOND FOR 4 DAYS. NOTHING.
WE SENT ONE MORE REQUEST AND THE HOTEL WROTE ONLY ONE WORD "NOT REFUNDABLE".

Great place
We stayed for 5 days and it was wonderful. Place is very modern, spacey and comfortable. Walking distance to city center, supermarket and restaurants just around the corner. I recommend that place and next time in Bologne I will stay there.

Excellent - would stay again
Very nice modern, clean and comfortable place. There is a supermarket about two small blocks to the left on the main street. You can also take bus 14 or 25 to downtown, it takes about 10 minutes. We walked back and it is a bit long.
Noise level-A bit of chairs moving and chopping noise from restaurant next door.
Reception-There is no reception but Ubaldo a very nice young man met us at the apartments.
Breakfast –We had a Nesspresso Machine with some coffee and sugar. There was also salt and some oil.
Light for reading –Nice separate room with kitchenette and living room
Bed –comfortable but I would add a small blanket
Air Conditioning-Did no use
Wi-Fi-Very good
TV-nice with SKY movies in English and news channels
Refrigerator-Very nice and quiet
Wine glasses-Yes-There is kitchenette with everything you need for simple meals. Everything in nice and clean and in good order.
Room for bags-Plenty
Bathroom-Nice double shower and also hand held.
Safety Bars-No

Shower pressure-Very good

Towels-Very nice and clean
Hair dryer-Yes
