Bad at times surreal

It is not a hotel but a guest house. It is an almost surreal place: on arrival the employees unloaded each other the task of checking in. The rooms are dirty and remained in the 80s. Room 202 does not have working heating in the bathroom and with temperatures these days constantly close to 0 is unusable. The fan coil was off in the room. The blanket sealed in the closet and not placed on the bed despite the absence of hot air. Minimal and cheap breakfast with almost invisible staff. Close to the airport.

Below expectations

The location is beautiful, the park is stunning, but the unpaved access road and parking lot are very uneven and raise a lot of dust from the cars.
Unfortunately, the rooms are small and unattractive, with furnishings of various styles that seem haphazard.
The bathroom, with broken and chipped floor tiles, is small, although functional overall. One of the blackout blinds in the room was broken, and light filtered into the room at dawn, disturbing sleep. The air conditioning is inefficient and noisy at night, just like the small visible refrigerator, which is as ugly as a punch in the eye.
Daily towel changes and room cleaning are excellent, as is the complimentary mineral water service in the fridge. It's a pity that they sometimes forget the refill…
Breakfast is good, reasonably varied, the staff is friendly and familiar, perhaps too much so, but they are from Emilia, so…
In summary, a beautiful structure, but the rooms are far below expectations, not worth more than €70-80 per night. There is no pool in the park, but we were told that the ownership is completely opposed to it; it is unclear why. (Perhaps due to taxes?).

I was in this club for a birthday. Very large environment with convenient parking and a very large garden, great for events. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Elegant and well-kept location

Never again

They are not serious about processing the bill, they calculate higher amounts than the menu and add contours to the total to round up. Professional pico attitude. Quality of food and cooking quite sufficient. Never going back.
