Oasis of peace and beauty
An oasis in the desert. Although it is located half an hour/45 minutes from the coastal beaches, its quality/price ratio is truly remarkable as the price is honest and fair and the quality is truly good. The formidable staff pampered us and accommodated us for a full 18 days. We were on half board and obviously did not have access to the a la carte menu, but the 5-COURSE dinners prepared by the fantastic chef Sergio and his capable assistant chef literally stunned us with their goodness, care, and quality. Everything was always prepared on the spot and they were always attentive and available to accommodate our variations according to our needs and preferences; we tasted authentic Sardinian cuisine with menus that were always varied and imaginative. The exceptional waitresses Laura and Donatella spoiled us and, by interceding for us, accommodated us in everything. Always knowledgeable about the products and wines, professional and at the same time friendly. Thank you truly from the heart, chef and girls, including the very sweet Priscilla (I hope I didn't get the name wrong), the owner's daughter, who was always impeccable and professional. A hug and thanks to Rita who spoiled my husband every morning at breakfast by bringing him his beloved walnuts. A rich and complete breakfast with homemade donuts, tarts, and crispy croissants, as well as eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, and artisanal jams. Thanks to the owner, who is also a pastry chef, who delighted us with his wonderful desserts.

Now let's talk about the WONDERFUL pool, worthy of a Zen garden. A little corner of paradise!! Thanks to Luigi for the care and attention to details that make the difference.
ATTENTION, ONLY NEGATIVE NOTE: WE ARE GOING HOME WITH POUNDS TO LOSE BECAUSE OF SERGIO AND A LOT OF NOSTALGIA.
What else can we say... we said goodbye with a lump in our throats, like when you leave a family member, because that is what we felt in addition to a lot of professionalism: the warmth of a big family We will miss you.
