All right.
Excellent welcome considerate and respectful customer helpful and especially listening. Cleanliness at the top bedding and very decent room excellent value for money private parking possible. A little ex centered but with garden and access to downtown very easy

NIGHTMARE EASTER
I describe Easter as NIGHTMARE.
We call to book, we talk to two different people: the first person (Gianluca) tells us that it is possible to have half board at a nearby restaurant (10 min walk with climb back), the second person (a lady) tells us that half board is not possible.
After pointing out that we had been told that it was possible the lady corrects herself and tells us that then if Gianluca said it is ok: among the employees themselves there is confusion on such an important aspect!! Let's forget as there were only a few days left and book.
The night before Gianluca had assured us that the room would be ready before 3 pm; I call for safety at 12 am the usual lady who tells us that the room will not be ready before 3 pm: we decide to stop and return later to avoid the wait. The hotel is dated with some renovated parts and with a very small outdoor parking a little cramped but ok.
The first night we arrive at the restaurant and we are told in questionable ways that we were waiting for lunch (we had warned the hotel that we would have dinner), also we find a special menu with very little choice and the second I find myself a frozen cutlet! I report the chef however friendly and helpful and the trofie with pesto good. We return to the hotel and the room we realize that the bidet has a leak with all the inconvenience that follows but we try to dab with towels (the loss fortunately was not great); we report the problem the next morning to the breakfast waitress because the hotel does not have reception before 10!! (I think only hotel in the world)
Upon returning from Easter towards evening we are told that we have solved the problem, perfect. We go to the room and realize that the sink has a leak: the next morning we notify the cleaning lady.
In the early afternoon we return to the room and they were working so we waited for the end of the work (about 30 min). Meanwhile at the restaurant for dinner they added some dishes to the menu but without great success (I ate for three nights trofie al pesto). The most serious thing about the hotel was the total lack of soundproofing in the rooms: you could hear everything from the newborn two floors below to every possible noise imaginable on our floor including annoying noises and screams coming from the room down the hall (basically it felt like being on the set of an adult movie!).
The next day I point out everything and Gianluca apologizes again (he will send me an email later where he claims to have reported the couple to Booking.com), but in the meantime we did not sleep anything. Of note is the renovated room with standard dimensions but with a shower cubicle in which it was difficult to get in and wash so small, in addition to the table and chairs on the balcony full of cobwebs.
The only thing I save is breakfast with good croissants (cakes less) and the availability and kindness of Gianluca. Do not go to the unrenovated rooms because I glimpsed them and they look like something out of a Hitchcock movie!!
At the time of the balance I asked the hotel to take care of the inconvenience coming to meet us on the price: without shame we were granted 30% discount on the next stay that obviously would never have been, as well as offering us an aperitif (very questionable) the night before at the restaurant where you saved only the glass of wine.
But the worst came at the end: while I was discussing in a cordial way with Gianluca making my point of view intervened the breakfast maid (who seemed to have suddenly become the manager of the hotel) and the other reception lady who suddenly appeared from a door behind the reception: the maid even questioned whether we had broken the sink and bidet of the room while the lady turned to me telling me to shut up and leave the structure.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS STRUCTURE AND THESE CHARACTERS!

Overnight invubo
We stayed in this hotel, if we want to call it "HOTEL" the night between 27/28 February last. They gave us a room nothing short of "SCANDALOUS" very narrow, little cared for, very narrow shower, water cover broken falling, parking space uncomfortable and very narrow, did not even deserve half of what we paid €. 120,00 maybe the only thing to save, breakfast. Definitely not return at the cost of sleeping in the car. An invitation to the Hotel Manager, assuming there is a Director, to review the "SHARLY" rooms that more to spend a night, it seems that they are rooms to spend a few hours.

It has a pleasant garden and parking area.
The property is overall well maintained.
The standard rooms are small in size and in need of renovation.
