For the second year we are staying at AD Residence. Splendid place, spacious apartments, well furnished, equipped with everything you need. Every morning we find fresh croissants outside the apartment, and a kit of products is already available for breakfast. Very convenient underground parking space under the residence, which is in an excellent location in the center of Bormio. Highly recommended. 110 cum laude

A residence: stay between pampering and perfection!

Simply impeccable stay.
The apartment is brand new, beautiful and tastefully decorated; the spaces are large, sunny and organized to perfection, with everything (but just everything!) you can need to feel at home.
The location is strategic: very central to enjoy the village on foot, but with the fundamental plus of underground parking, a very convenient rarity here in Bormio. Despite the proximity to the center, the apartment is super quiet, ensuring an absolute rest.
The real added value, however, are the managers: of rare availability and kindness. Finding fresh croissants in the morning as soon as we woke up was a delicious surprise that made our awakening special every day. Highly recommended, we can not wait to return!

A truly superb residence. Spacious, bright, cozy and lovingly furnished apartment. Convenient location, free parking in the garage under the structure, wellness area available upon reservation. Owners very helpful. We will definitely be back.

Brand new structure. Apartment equipped with everything. Triple glazed windows. All super soundproof.
The owners are very kind and friendly and make the environment even more beautiful. Super modern underground garage.
The gem: everything you need for breakfast is provided, with fresh croissants and other products.

Marvelous!

The residence looks beautiful on the outside and perfectly furnished, tidy and spotlessly clean inside. You can see the attention to the smallest details (breakfast kit, well-maintained kitchen utensils, kettle, coffee machine...). The owner was very kind and helpful. The treat of brioches for the morning is very pleasant. The car park is also very convenient, well looked after and modern. Truly excellent experience.
