Best place to stay in Bormio

Stayed here for two nights with a friend as a bolt hole to drive around the Alps. The hotel is well located for all amenities in town.
It's family run and the hosts are fantastic, they can't do enough for you.
The rooms are immaculate and spacious with everything you need. We had a two bedroom apartment and it was comfortable and quiet.
The breakfast is great and all the produce seems to be high quality with a good selection and the nicest cakes.
I would absolutely recommend this place and stay again.

Poor price-quality ratio

While traveling with friends, I booked a superior room that I found clean but noisy. A downside was the breakfast, which, aside from eggs cooked to order, offers practically nothing savory. I asked for a simple barley cappuccino… "not available."
The small spa is at an additional cost.
In my experience, there is little relationship between price and quality.
Returning to Bormio, I don't believe it will be a place to return to.

We went to watch an Olympic event and the location was perfect. We literally walked out of the hotel into the line for security. The staff were phenomenal, attending to our needs for a vegan breakfast and treating us with great hospitality.

Beatiful, modern hotel. Staff, especially Giovanni, were kind and helpful for us America travelers. Excellent location, 10 minute walk from Bormio train station
