Awful. Did not give us the room we booked, and they did not care. avoid.
It is far from the main town it was advertised to have a shuttle bus, but this was not the case.
We were most disappointed because we had paid for a room with a queen size big bed and we were given a king room with a smaller bed. When we bought this up with the property, they laughed and thought it was funny. Initially they told us someone else was in the superior queen room that we had booked, and then we were told it was under renovation so something was a lie. There was no solution and nothing was communicated with us prior to arrival.
In the room we were given the TV was also very small, much smaller than the pictures of the TV in the superior queen room we had booked. It is also not a smart TV.
There is not much parking, it is very rough and not a proper parking area.
The property do not speak English, I had to use an app on my phone to communicate. I tried to contact the hotel prior to arrival to let them know our arrival time, but they did not answer any message or answer the phone when I called.
It is lucky we are only here for one night and we will not be coming back. We do not recommend.

2 splendid days in a spectacular structure immersed in the greenery of a Bosana hill, next to Malaspina Castle.
Place with breathtaking views, splendid welcome from the owners Francesco, Gianni and Marinella, wonderful staff. Good and plentiful dishes, wonderful rooms created in small houses scattered around the property, equipped with every comfort, from slippers to a razor blade (never found in other structures), small balcony with magnificent view. Parking space next to the house.

Good place to relax
The cosy rooms are really bungalows; you can park right next to them. They have small but complete bathroom, and can be fully blinded by shutters; with the quiet location that makes for a good night's sleep. Unfortunately Wifi didn’t work while I was there (only in the common area), but was being fixed as I left. Breakfast was rather the usual Italian affair, with the typical biscochos, ham and cheese; the dinner, however, is worth checking out - see corresponding reviews of the in-house restaurant of the same name.
