Modern hotel in the heart of Bolzano
Perfect location, beautiful hotel just a little hard to find.
The entrance is on the main street, but you must go up a level for the reception. However, we were directed to the parking garage which is around the corner, without much information about the series of garage doors that need to be opened with a code. Fortunately, one of the hotel employees happened to see us struggling to find a way in and with her help, we were able to park the car in a great underground garage with elevator direct to main lobby. Our room was wonderful, we had a large outdoor sitting area, not much of a view, but it was nice to have aperitivos and breakfast there. The room comes equipped with a microwave, coffee pot, plates, cutlery etc. Extra coffee pods will cost you .50 Euros. The hotel also gave each of us the complimentary Bolzano pass that allows you to ride the buses and funicular to Renon plateau for free. Location is perfect, you step outside right on the main road filled with shops, food etc

Perfect solution for a visit to Bolzano.
I consider the solution perfect for a visit to the center of Bolzano; the option to park and not have to use the car to get around the streets of the center is perfect.
Cozy and well-soundproofed rooms, as well as well-air-conditioned.
Very kind staff, even though you can do everything without needing assistance if you want to...
I would only strengthen the bar/cafeteria area because, having stayed for 3 nights, we ran out of pods, quickly finishing the only supply adequate for one night.
We will definitely be back.

Spacious top end apartments, with great staff and amenities in great location
We had a fabulous and memorable stay at these lovely spacious apartments that are centrally located with great staff and a great gym (which includes a decent set of free weights and a spin bike). Good air-conditioning was provided as is necessary because cross breezes are not possible and the street noise can be loud with windows open - with windows closed it is beautifully quiet. Free laundry was handy too. Great supermarket located across the road! Recommended!! Rail station is about a 15 minute walk through the old city, but mindful that there are cobblestones which can be challenging with bigger luggage. South Tyrol pass was included with the stay and very handy for visiting places all around the region. We explored extensively without a car and enjoyed it a lot.

This place just keeps drawing us back!
We were here for the first time some time ago and fell in love immediately. The location could not be better – right in the shopping street, you step outside and are honestly just a few steps away from all the action.
The whole atmosphere is super relaxed and inviting. It does not feel like a typical hotel, more like cool city apartments, but with a helpful reception and always friendly staff who are there when you need something.
The rooms are spacious and bright, somewhat in a loft style, but with normal ceiling heights, so everything feels cozy and not overwhelming. Everything is always really clean, and I love how much space there is to spread out and truly feel at home.
An absolute must for us is that the hotel is pet-friendly – our dog is also pampered here! Additionally, there is a nice gym and a great little spa, which is really convenient after a day full of city strolling (or shopping…). The Wi-Fi is fast, which is a big plus for us.
Another great advantage is the wonderful garage where one can park comfortably.
Despite the central location, the rooms are actually very quiet, which surprises me every time. We always sleep very well.
The staff is truly caring – always friendly, and somehow they remember us and our little quirks, making it feel very personal.
Every stay reaffirms that this is our favorite place, and I can really recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed, uncomplicated, and comfortable stay in the city!
