A fairy-tale place.
It was the location of my cousin's wedding. The day was beautiful, and they organized the aperitif outside, covered by umbrellas. Everything was excellent, including some very special and well-prepared items. Then there was music and entertainment; the DJ was very friendly and got us dancing wonderfully! Excellent dinner with a beautiful setup inside a hall. It deserves a stay of a few days, even just to remain there because it is in a high location that overlooks a beautiful panorama and is far from the chaos. It also has a wellness area.

The hotel treats its customers very badly, especially Poles... they accept Germans and English people ;( to the point that they watch how much we eat and drink. Avoid this hotel from afar. Opinion 0

Hotel a bit strange
You get to floor -1, reception on floor 0, SPA on floor 1, our room on floor -1. All the certainties were spilled on my arrival.
However we were assigned a very spacious and bright room in the new part, too bad it was all dusty (desk, bedside tables, chairs, bathroom, handles, headboard). In short, the impression that it was closed and ready for a while and sold without giving a pass before.
Enviable location with a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley.
Owners and staff very friendly and helpful, good food (better the first night than not the gala menu on Saturday), hearty breakfast pity that if you arrive late are already past the grasshoppers and many products are missing.
SPA not very big, too bad because after half an hour that we had arrived it was populated with animals, or rather people clearly from Eastern Europe arrived, who began to make a mess, walking naked in the premises despite those who were present and beer in hand down to burp as if there were no tomorrow. In fact, on the second day we preferred to abstain.
At the end of the fair a stay all in all good even if the cost seemed too expensive. Paying €4.50 for a 0.75 bottle of mineral water is out of all logic. It was known that South Tyrol was expensive, even in the past, but now they are taking advantage of it. But in the end they're right, as long as people go there they're good.

La ringraziamo per aver condiviso la Sua esperienza così dettagliatamente. Siamo molto felici che abbia apprezzato la splendida posizione del nostro hotel e la gentilezza del nostro team.
Abbiamo però sorriso leggendo il passaggio sugli “animali” nella nostra area wellness. Essendo un hotel con azienda agricola, siamo abituati alla presenza di animali – ma normalmente si tratta delle nostre mucche, dei vitellini o delle caprette nella stalla, non certo nella spa. Ci auguriamo naturalmente che tutti gli ospiti si comportino con rispetto e contribuiscano a mantenere un’atmosfera rilassante per tutti.
Per quanto riguarda la pulizia della camera, desideriamo scusarci: questo non rispecchia i nostri standard. Durante l’alta stagione il nostro hotel è spesso completamente occupato e può capitare che le camere vengano arieggiate dopo la pulizia. Nelle ultime settimane inoltre era presente molta polvere sahariana nell’aria che purtroppo può depositarsi anche negli ambienti interni. In ogni caso faremo ancora più attenzione in futuro.
La struttura del nostro hotel può sembrare un po’ particolare all’arrivo, perché negli anni si è ampliata collegando parti più storiche con zone più recenti. Molti ospiti scoprono proprio in questo uno dei tratti caratteristici della casa.
Vorremmo inoltre precisare che il prezzo della bottiglia d’acqua menzionato nella recensione non corrisponde al prezzo effettivo nel nostro listino.
Siamo comunque felici che nel complesso abbia trascorso un buon soggiorno. Speriamo di poterLa accogliere nuovamente in futuro – e promettiamo di fare in modo che i nostri animali restino nella stalla e non arrivino fino alla spa.

Great hotel, well managed and has a great view of Brunico and the surrounding mountains. Very good food, I was half board and we had a great time.

For a 3 star is really excellent, top rooms, excellent cleanliness, location and structure of excellent quality.
The services and friendliness excellent.
A small sore note is the kitchen, the thing is subjective and I talk about my personal tastes.
As for breakfast nothing to say, fresh produce cakes and excellent homemade creams of excellent quality.
A small negative note about the dinner, nothing serious but easily solved with a little more attention.
In any case positive holiday and kindness from every employee in the structure.
