Great location to sleep and visit Calglieri.

The owner was very helpful and attentive you have the smallest details. The rooms were spotless and quiet. There are so many good places to eat typical products nearby. I highly recommend it!!

Nice apartment near the historic center

The apartment is located near the pedestrian area of the old town, about 10-15 min to the Bastione San Remi and 20-25 min to the port where there are many good restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet, with the bus stop very close. Fabrizio, owner was always in touch with us when we needed any information or help. Check in was very convenient all with the codes and also for this check out, as we left very early. We booked the cheapest room, it wasn't big, but it was very clean and had everything we needed. Also we were very pleased to find the little thoughts such as homemade cookies and candy cafe. the bed was very comfortable! Every day we found the room all spotlessly clean. For sure we can recommend!

Pleasant stay with beautiful view

I booked a room at "Il Panoramico Rooms" during early October 2023 and had a great time.
Impeccable cleanliness, basic room but with all the necessary elements to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. Inside the room there are also many small details that make you feel a bit like home.
I was assigned the room with a balcony, with a crazy view of the city, from which you can admire the sunrise very well from the bed (no worries for sleepyheads: there are covering curtains that do not allow the light to enter, if you want).
The area is very central, well served and very quiet.
The owner was very kind and helpful in accommodating my arrival and departure times.
Excellent for those who work remotely like me: I had a great time, lots of sockets available and a silent context from which to make video calls.
I'm sure that when I have to return to Cagliari I will stay at the Panoramico Rooms again!

Short but comfortable visit

We stayed one night, but the apartment has enough and more. It is quite spacious and also has a coffee maker and television. You can park in the area, and it is also a very central location. We were able to stay in contact with the owner and he helped us with everything.

Excellent B&B

The building may look a little beat up from the outside, but the interior of the b&b has been renovated and the furniture in my room was all new. Both the room and the bathroom were spacious and comfortable, and cleanliness was also excellent. WiFi was very good and I was able to work and skype normally during my stay. Fabrizio (the owner) is very nice and helpful!
