Have a nice holiday

The hotel was nice, 4 stars doesn't match, but everything was clean, good activities for children and a beautiful beach. The only thing that bothered me a lot was the dining room, where the tables were absolutely not cleaned and there was nowhere to sit. It's written here all the time, so I don't understand why the hotel management doesn't put things in order!!!!
You come for a meal and there are dishes and mess everywhere. The food is very good and there is a lot to choose from, but the mess around spoils everything.

Find another place

So, the "hotel" is in a beautiful place, but the nature is its only positive side.
In fact, the "hotel" is more of a village of old and breaking buildings, where everything "nearly works". You will be playing a roulette if you find yourself close to old ladies or alcoholised youngsters.
The service is zero, null, absent.
Don't even try to eat in their restaurant - the food is disgusting and the tables are not cleared in time, so you'll find yourself eating in this "inspiring evironment".
If you didn't read the description and got this "hotel" reserved - eat in any restaurant in the town.
TLDR The hotel from hell, find anything else.

Does not even meet two star standards

This hotel is lucky to be a two star. We booked a superior room and it is far from this. The room advertised had a pool view and direct pool access however what we got was a large tree and dirt. The rooms are of poor quality and something from the dark ages. The hairdryer is dangerous it heats up to extreme temperatures and you can’t hold. The room is in desperate need of renovation it only meets basic standards. We asked to move rooms and they provided us with a room that had mould growing all over the air condition unit and walls. They offered to come clean it and spray stuff. Absolutely disgusting and not superior quality. We are still pushing to be moved to a room with direct pool access/ view as stated on the images of a superior standard room. Only here for three nights and it is the worst ever.

Lacking in class

Although the pool is good, it felt a bit lacking in class.
For example you need to pay for your meal in reception before eating in the restaurant. You need to wear a wristband at all times to prove you belong in the resort. Staff enforce this stuff pedantically.
It gives the place the feel of a cheap package campsite or school trip, rather than a mid range resort. It’s a shame as the facilities are good.

You must wear them when you wish to use a service. Regarding our restaurant, given that the service was not included in your reservation and because we must check availability before providing it for those who, like you, did not select it at the time of booking, what is the correct procedure in your opinion?
