This hotel is somewhat overpriced. It is an older hotel which is evident from the building and the room we slept in that it requires some renovating. Otherwise it was a fine pool and location.
The breakfast was clearly a money maker. The products were cheap highly processed produce from cartons such as the juice, eggs and even some of the fruit. The island literally has fresh melons growing in the countryside, but the staff saw fit to just serve canned fruit. This is supposed to be a four star hotel?

Checked in early, they were kind enough to hold our luggage but we couldnt get the room because it was 10am. The route to get to the hotel was tough, too many curbs and single car roads the parking was complicated and seemed sus. Upon getting to our room, our luggage was there waiting in the room, but the hotel and room seemed like a prison. The hotel was outdated and didnt feel comfortable. They were nice enough to put a crib inside the room without us asking for our baby.

Not sure why this place has a 4 star rating, a 3-star rating is being nice. While it’s close to the beach and the house keeping staff were amazing, that’s about all the nice things I can say. The check in staff was rude and basically threw us our key and didn’t explain anything. We got yelled at for parking near our room after being told to park there to unload our bags ourselves. While there is a private beach for the hotel, they don’t tell you beforehand hand that you have to pay to use it. $27 euro a day. You get no towels for the beach or the pool and if you ask for one it’s a big deal and they try and charge you $10 euro a day per towel and was a big hassle to even obtain one. The room had no plug ins near the bed to charge phones. The rooms were run down and very outdated. After traveling through many parts of Italy and having the best experience with hotel staff this left something to be desired. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Also not the place for a couple, it’s more geared toward families with small children.
