Ovaj obiteljski vođen pansion s uslugom doručka smješten je u vili iz 14. stoljeća na obali rijeke Arno, a nudi sezonski vanjski bazen i sunčanu terasu. Željeznički kolodvor Capolona udaljen je 5 minuta hoda.

The perfect place. Pool and a supernice room with smart house electrcal gadgets and lights. Very nice owners.

Dont come here!
We arrive in hot presummer with +30 C and especially chose Villa Nussa for the pool because we have our young son with us. The pool was not open, no water in it and wasnt cleaned after the winter. The hostess told us a lie that in had been open and then closed due to bad weather. That was not true. The pool had not been open. We found another place with pool for the next days and wanted the money back, even hotels.com tried by calling her, but she refused. We explained that we booked her place related to the pool, but she didnt care. No notice on the website and she didnt leave us any message prehance telling us the pool wasnt open. Poorley behavior and it had a totally negative effekt on our holiday. Wont recommend it. There is plenty of other beautiful places like this.

We enjoyed our stay here with two children. The host is on hand to help and give advice about places to visit. She noticed we had booked an apartment without a kitchen and gave me the option to swap which we appreciated. We didn't have air conditioning but with the amazing old buildings, built with thick stone walls, we only felt we needed it when the temperature reached over 35 degrees. Again the host allowed us to swap rooms. The place is near a main road which we got used to after the first day or so and is very convenient if you want to get around to visit the area. Arezzo is beautiful, not busy, and very easy to visit. We enjoyed siting on the terrace and playing table football. The pool was never busy, we often had it to ourselves and it is beautiful, deep and with pleasant shade in the afternoons.
You can walk to a couple of restaurants and a train station easily but need a car to get to the supermarket (although it is only 2 minutes away).

A great owner! Put on some romantic music when we went to the garden for a wine for my husband's birthday. A very nice welcome, by her husband and I think a staff member! We came home good location , lovely cold pool

What a fantastic place this was..we were very kindly welcomed by super sweet owners Cinzia and Marco .In reality the Villa is even more beautiful than in the pictures, apartments are very spacious and everything is there ,also there is a very large swimming pool with diving area and diving board.
Enough sunbeds and if necessary enough shade.
Breakfast was also very extensive delicious fresh fruit rolls, toppings, egg, bacon everything was there and nothing is too much to ask.
We stayed there for 4 nights and had very nice days , nice chat and laughter with the owners and even with Ferragosto (Aug 15, holiday) had a cozy BBQ with all other guests the owners Cinzia and Marco really delicious !.. just praise for the owners.What a sweet couple.
It was very unfortunate to leave again because even though it was only 4 nights, we closed the owners in our Hearts in this short time.
I could write so much more, but the best thing is to go there yourself, really recommended, beautiful historic building, in a fantastic environment!!!
And also close to all the special places like Siena Montpulciano ,Arezzo .
You'll drive right over.
