A paradise
The hotel is conveniently located. Near the square and the funicular.
Airy and tastefully decorated rooms with sea view.
Great breakfast on small terrace overlooking the sea. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

A good location can hide the truth!
We have been spending our summer holidays in Capri for 10 years.
This year we wanted to stay close to Piazzetta; our choice of accommodation was the suite Piazzetta Diefenbach which attracted our attention last year while walking
We are booking 9 nights at this 4-star hotel in January. 495 euros / night or 5000 E
First negative rating , the staircase to the reception is stained with black marks corresponding to the luggage of the passengers.
The room , tiny and with smell of significant humidity.
At the height, breakfast, served from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.; arrived at 8:30 a.m., no more bread and pastries!
A waiter falling from the clouds asks us to wait about 15 minutes for bread
Poor quality breakfast, stained and tasteless fruit, bread crumb and croissant first price.
On the day of our departure , air conditioning cut at 9 am , bedroom , bathroom and floor trickling.
Not to mention the repeated demand to repair television

Great choice for Capri
We were there from 02 to 05 September.
Very well located hotel, first quality service.
Highlight to Francesco who gave us a fantastic welcome and helped us with tips from the island.
Spacious, clean, comfortable accommodations. Besides beautiful and with a beautiful view.
Negative point was the shower that in some moments became cold, but when we activated the reception we were well served and the problem was solved.

wouldn't stay again
Despite its excellent location and aesthetically pleasing rooms, my experience at this 4-star hotel in Capri was extremely disappointing. For the same price and location, it is absolutely possible to find hotels with much better infrastructure, service, and hospitality.
The hotel has only seven rooms, which are indeed nicely decorated, but the overall management and customer service left a lot to be desired. Throughout my stay, I felt like I was bothering the staff every time I asked for anything. The attitude was cold, unwelcoming, and unprofessional — far from what is expected at a property in this category.
The staff needs serious training in hospitality and basic customer care. A smile, a kind gesture, or simply being helpful should not be too much to ask. I felt more like an inconvenience than a guest.
The only positive aspect is the location. Sadly, that alone is not enough. Even the breakfast was below expectations when compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in the same region.
If you’re considering this hotel, I recommend you look elsewhere — especially if you value being treated with respect and courtesy.

Capri break
Getting to the hotel was not easy but once you arrive the reception of the staff is great, room is very nice and the location is perfect walking distance to main square so easy.
Capri is very busy getting around the island not easy is so so busy.
Breakfast is nice views limited from room but not major issue.
