You want to stay in this hotel? or want to get injured by the boss？and have to go to police station to report?
I would like to give very bad comment to this hotel,because it's really awful. The awfulest experience I have ever had from a hotel.
My fingers are injured by the boss of the hotel. I went to main police station today to report the case
Before I booked this hotel, the hotel told me there is shuttle bus to go from the hotel and also the airport. That's why I ordered this hotel.
Last night, a staff from the hotel told me, if I want to go to the airport this morning, and come back to the hotel. I just need to call her, and she will arrange a car to pick me up at the hotel. I believed her. Then, from this morning, 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., I tried to call her like 20 times, but no one answered.
After two hours, I think maybe it's better I take a taxi to go back to the hotel. But the taxi driver took me to a wrong city. Then, of course, in this situation, I'm very angry and upset. I call the hotel and tell them to arrange
a car to come to pick me up. Because I'm in a small village, there is no bus, no train, and no taxi I can find. But I was refused by the staff and she said, This is your own problem. They won't arrange anything.
Later, a very nice Italian man helped me and drove me freely back to the hotel, about 6 km. I'm very thankful to him. So when I go inside the hotel, I want to just take my luggage and go away. But one of the staff started to say
to me, "What's your problem? "And she started to quarrel with me.
Meanwhile, another staff and also the boss, they come together to quarrel against me, and they are very violent.
The man, the boss, is a Araber. He comes to push me, and he shouted at me, and he wants to throw my luggage out of the gate, and
said to me, "Go right now, in ten minutes."
When he pushed me and grabbed my luggage, my finger were injured.
In such situation, I have to call a police. Then police came and told me to go to main police station. The I reported this case to police station.
