Great weekend in the mountains

Excellent structure surrounded by nature. The owner a very helpful and affable person. Clean, spacious and well equipped studios with everything you need. A gem the barbecue made available to guests. Important parking inside.

We slept in this property for one night, in two rooms, six people. We had a great time! The rooms are very large, with all the facilities and even a small kitchenette that can be used if necessary. We were afraid of suffering the cold but the rooms are sufficiently heated. If you are in the area and need a foothold to visit the area this is a good option! Recommended!!

Disconcerting

We stayed at this property on the weekend from 8 to 10 November for the occasion of the chestnut festival of Montella
I state that we travel often and we visited many accommodation facilities ............ this was definitely the worst, room not very clean (to be kind), heating not working and lack of hot water for the whole first day, lack of courtesy kit, soap dispenser not working (luckily we had with us products for shower and shampoo) water storage tub of the toilet noisy, stench from the sewer, breakfast to forget (on the packaging of fruit juices there was a nice web) tidying up the room and change towels not even to talk about, horrible bedspread
In short, a nightmare that fortunately lasted only two days

A nightmare

Let me start by saying that I have been traveling for a long time and I have seen many accommodation facilities... I think this is the worst, the dirty room, the floor covered in dust not to mention the bathroom, specifically the toilet dirty with dried urine, the courtesy kit non-existent consisting of a shower gel left by previous customers and an old and above all dirty dispenser, the filthy carpet, the pre-war mattress, the bedspread looked like it was made of cardboard ... a disaster, the empty swimming pool in this period is slightly larger than a bathtub , reading the previous reviews we trusted them! A real shame because the place is very nice and the owner is a good person but perhaps he should get help from the staff! What can I say? The only positive note is the cheap price... but I would have gladly spent it more for a better stay!
