Wow wow wow (like Barbieri!)

We stayed at this hotel for our anniversary. We stayed in the suite with a spa: an unforgettable experience!! Clean, cozy suite with a beautiful jacuzzi and sauna, both with chromotherapy. A chaise longue and a fantastic painting of the local hills above the bed. The latter is very comfortable. Spacious bathroom. International breakfast with a wide selection of sweet and savory products, all fresh and of excellent quality. In the evening, there is a bit of noise since the suite overlooks the street with a slot machine room nearby.

It is not a 4 star... and far from 4 stars!!!

Unworthy of a hotel ****... The hotel restaurant serves dishes worthy of a motorway cafeteria. Poor sound insulation on the outside even on the 3rd floor... And no individual air conditioning in the rooms...the hotel is in heating mode... The shower joints are black... obviously this lacks maintenance... We regularly come to Castagnito to visit the family but we will not return to Casta Hotel. Fortunately some staff did their best with what they had but it’s too fair to deserve more than 2/5... Other hotels in the area do not have 4 stars but are definitely better... at all levels.

Good value for money

The hotel has ample space, including rooms. Our bathroom then had a huge shower with tiled seat ideal for my children. Clean environments. The staff a bit a little not exactly four stars. Even dinner was not the best.

Not suitable for disabled people

Quite clean hotel, insufficient food quality.
Not 100% wheelchair accessible as the shower lacks grab bars and there is a very dangerous round seat for a real disabled person!
The hair dryer is placed too high for a person in a wheelchair is therefore not within his reach!

Stay for work

I stayed for 6 nights in this hotel, double room single use, well maintained, quiet and well air conditioned, good size and clean bathroom, negative note the shower tray has obvious black marks between the same and the wall covering, unfortunately disappointing breakfast, few varieties and quantities, and in my opinion of low quality for a 4 star, the staff still sufficiently helpful.
