How to feel at home. Splendid stay!
Finding this hotel was a wonderful surprise. The location is very convenient and central, ideal for walking between shops and historical monuments. My room was really tidy, clean, and fragrant, and in the morning, a delicious and relaxing breakfast awaited me, prepared with care.
However, what touched my heart the most was the hospitality. All the staff are very kind, but a special thanks goes to the owner: a person with an old-fashioned availability, who makes you feel like a welcome guest and not just a passing customer. I will definitely return, I truly recommend it!

Don’t stay here. Worst hotel experience ever. The staff are rude, the manager is belligerent and abrasive. My friend’s flight was late due to electrical storm and he didn’t make the first night. Fine I was happy to lose the money for that first night as I had booked in advance, only fair. I even explained to the staff on the check in day but they don’t care. Then they charged an additional 50€ in the way of a ransom…if I didn’t pay we would forfeit the next two nights also. This is just bad business, a cheap unprofessional practice and a kind of money grabbing thievery. False advertising said WiFi in the rooms. There was no WiFi in the rooms. The breakfast buffet is the worst…and they want to charge you for the drinks. The room is super basic as you would expect for the price but not comfortable. Don’t use the shuttle service way too expensive, Just take the ALIBUS to and from the airport. The location is good though - but everything else?? Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for a different place. Not Recommended.

very clean little inn.. Marco, the owner is very nice.. the breakfast is simple but he makes the coffee you want
the location is excellent on the via Etnea, across from the Bellini park and a 15min walk to the Piazza Duomo.. plus don't miss the Pasticceria Savia right around the corner
You can take a bus directly from the airport which leaves you a few meters from the hotel. We had a car and always. found parking nearby

Unpleasant welcome.
We stayed at this hotel for a week last month, and our experience was very disappointing.
Upon our arrival, even though our stay was already paid for via Booking, the reception asked for my husband's Visa card to make a copy. When my husband asked for explanations, he was responded to in a very unpleasant manner. We also noticed that the tourist tax requested was higher than the amount indicated at the time of booking.
The next day at breakfast, the manager's attitude was just as unpleasant. After having some toast, he made an inappropriate remark to us. Later, my husband looked for a yogurt in a refrigerator visible in the room. The manager's response was: "We are not at the supermarket."
The next day, when simply asking if there were any yogurts left, we received the same response again: "We are not at the supermarket."
Throughout our stay, we felt a lack of respect and hospitality from the staff. We also witnessed similar situations with other guests.
A stay that should have been pleasant unfortunately turned into a very disappointing experience. We share this opinion so that future travelers know what to expect.
