Nice and good location
Nice B&B in Catania's semi-central parts.
A little hard to find.
Elevator to the floor and good information before arrival.
Breakfast man:
Nice and attentive
The room: located well with balcony and views of the neighboring house and over the street and square(good in the neighborhood). Comfortable bed, closet, good storage spaces.
Bathroom fine but the shower could have used a good clean.
Not suitable for disabled people due to very high threshold at entrance and small elevator.
Breakfast:
Cappuccino, roasted sandwich, donut, egg, yoghurt and juice.
A little hard to find.

The accommodation was full of charm, with high doors, tall ceilings, and the authentic character of a beautiful old townhouse. It is not a luxury hotel, but it has plenty of personality and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The mattress could have been more comfortable, as it wasn’t particularly supportive. The breakfast was also quite basic and could have offered a wider selection.
Overall, it’s a charming place with lots of character, though there is room for improvement when it comes to comfort and breakfast.

This hotel felt like a B&B experience in a building that normal Catanians would live in rather than some fancy hotel. The hotel is within walking distance to the central train station and the historic area. The area surround the property was very quiet. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was a nice treat from needing to eat out everyday. Plus there was air conditioning. Would definitely stay here in the future.

Excellent location
Very convenient because it is close to the historic center. Spacious and clean rooms. Bathroom in perfect working order. Breakfast a bit anonymous and repetitive. Negative note: in one week the room was never cleaned.

The room, no. 4, it was terribly hot, which in August is impossible for any self-respecting structure!
The air conditioner is placed in the anteroom and, in addition to sending a little air, points against the wall, so the room is terribly hot and the bathroom is hot. When we arrived at 15.30 in the afternoon it was also hot the access corridor, air conditioners off there too. Not only that, the toilet, without a window, had a sign explaining to throw toilet paper in the trash and not in the toilet so I let you imagine the stench that was released within a few hours of use.
The toilet shower was leaking water, just opened it flooded part of the bathroom. As if that were not enough, Mr. Alessandro, whom I immediately contacted, in addition to not having other rooms available to change it, made me the Third party on why I had used the shower since "in the bidet you wash better" and for the air conditioner he replied "we can pray" and then sent a guy who, denying the evidence, told us that it was enough to leave the air conditioner on for a few hours. We left the next morning that the room was still as warm as the evening.
On the other hand they gave us a fan for the night.
It is incorrect to list a room like this, omitting the real conditions of the services and with advance payment!!!
The next morning the very kind Mr. Orazio who came to serve breakfast told us that the problems of the room were all already known for some time and that he was very sorry, the air conditioner in particular had been badly assembled during the recent renovation.
