Beyond our expectations...

A truly fantastic 2-star hotel... especially the dining... I would give it a 4-star rating; there is even a morning station for fried eggs... and then freshly squeezed orange juice made on the spot... food of the highest quality... the staff is skilled and especially quick... our room was very spacious with a view of the dock... a beautiful panorama... however, the bathroom could use some updates... nonetheless, it is very comfortable... Mr. Riccardo is very attentive... ready to fulfill every request... as is the entire staff... thank you, Riccardo, we entered as customers... but we left as friends... and that is no small thing... I recommend it.

Highly recommended!!!!

We stayed for one night at Hotel Lugano. Riccardo and his staff were fantastic: they offer an attention and care for the customer that we have found in few other establishments. A special round of applause to Franco, the restaurant manager, who is friendly, nice, and ready to pamper everyone, both young and old. The partner beach service is located just a few steps from the hotel, as is the center with the shops. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to return soon!

Constant guarantee

I would say just one word: GUARANTEE. Unfortunately, we cannot go there every year, but it remains a reference point where the kindness and availability of Riccardo and his staff always make a difference. The food is very good, and that is why I always see loyal customers returning here to Hotel Lugano every year since 2017. Congratulations indeed!!!!

We stayed at the Lugano hotel for 3 nights..essential but comfortable hotel, very good food, we used the free bicycles..great availability from the owners! Highly recommended
