Beautiful vacation

Very beautiful and well-maintained residence facing the beach, very close to the center, partnered with two well-equipped bathrooms.
We were in the sea-view studio, small but very functional for two people. The sunset seen every evening from the little balcony is priceless! Brand new bathroom with a spacious shower, a "real" hairdryer and not those wall-mounted ones usually found.
The stunning and always impeccably clean pool is an excellent alternative if you do not feel like going to the beach.
The common areas are well-maintained and continuously cleaned, with the option to have breakfast like in a hotel (to be paid separately) on the sea-view terrace.
What else can I say? Experience to be repeated as soon as possible

Impossible sleep, expensive supplements and disappointing customer service

If the hotel is clean and the bedding quality, the experience was spoiled by a technical defect and a sobering commercial management.
​1. Sleepless night: Because of the wind, the shutters tremble violently in the box with an incessant noise. The night watchman noticed the problem, but we were not offered to change rooms until the next morning... after the sleepless night was over.
Very poorly soundproofed
​2. Excessive supplements: I paid 234 € in total, including 50 € for a small dog (2 nights) and 20 € parking. At €25 per night for the dog, there is absolutely no attention (neither dish nor carpet), it is a pure and simple tax.
​3. Mocking commercial gesture: Faced with the loss of the night without sleep, the hotel only granted a discount of 34 €. They offered breakfasts, but finishing at 10:00 when you are exhausted is a constraint and not a gift. We preferred to pay for our breakfast outside.
​Paying this price to end up more tired than on arrival and having to move your bags in the middle of your stay is unacceptable. I do not recommend this establishment which favors its caisse to rest its guests.

Day less

I am very sorry for the stay made, motivation early return of a day, with verbal communication that I would have had a very important problem, I would have expected a relative discount on the last day not used but they turned a deaf ear, never again in this residence, if I had been a casual customer but for years I attended the structure, Too bad I would have expected something more from the owner!

They call it a penthouse, but it's a hovel!

They call it a penthouse, but it's a real dump! The room is small and cramped, the walls are covered with cracks and makeshift grout. When we were there in September it was raining and in front of the door of the room a lot of water dripped from the ceiling that formed a puddle. I attach the photos that speak for themselves! Not recommended!

Beautiful.

I booked this residence with the agreement with Carmen and I must say that I found myself very well, the staff is very friendly and helpful and they do some nice initiatives (I remember that they had put the TV in front of the pool tables and had started to watch the game of the European Italy-Switzerland together with customers who wanted to see her in the company). I am very happy and recommend it to everyone.
