Perfect stay between relaxation and comfort! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The facility also offers a beautiful pool available for guests, perfect for relaxing. Another strong point is definitely the strategic location: both Bardolino and Lazise can be easily reached in just a few minutes.
Credit goes to the half-board option, which is truly excellent for both quality and convenience. Highly recommended, we will definitely return!

From the very first moment you can feel a sincere welcome, made of smiles, availability and attention to every customer need.
The staff is always present without being intrusive, ready to advise, help and make your stay as pleasant as possible.
It is rare to find such an authentic level of friendliness: you really feel like a guest, not just a customer.
The rooms and services are basic, but clean and functional, perfect for those looking for an unpretentious solution but with a family atmosphere.
Overall, a hotel that, despite being a 2 star, manages to transmit a human warmth from 5 stars.
Especially recommended for those who value people more than luxury.

Experience with negative support
The Smartbox website, however, indicated that as I was out of the three-day cancellation deadline, I would have to contact the property directly. So I did, but on the phone I received rude and uncooperative answers. I was told that I would have to get better informed before booking and that the cancellation was my problem, leaving me completely without support.
In the meantime I tried to contact Smartbox, but shortly after I received a cancellation email followed by another unprofessional communication from the hotel.
I can not comment on the quality of the stay, because in the end I could not use it, but after such a treatment I will definitely not consider this property anymore. Unfortunately, I had the impression that the low availability was related to the fact that it was a booking through a gift box.

Old hotel not even a cappuccino worthy of the name
Everything is obsolete!! It is enough to have the key to the room in your hands and you will quickly understand the rest
