Experience not to be redone
Starter: "Pumpkin flowers stuffed with provola and cottage cheese, batter and fried with guacamole sauce." Unfortunately they were not the best, because they were still frozen. After reporting it, the dish was promptly redone. However, 12 euros for three frozen courgette flowers seems excessive to me.
First: Half moons ricotta and spinach with basil pesto from our garden. Overall they were passable, but nothing exceptional.
Seconds: "Pork shank with beer and mustard": the shank was half, not whole as the menu might suggest, and the portion was a bit sparse for 16 euros.
"Vegetable strudel with grilled zucchini and cheese mousse": good, without any notes.
Desserts: The berry tart actually looks more like a kind of cheesecake than a crust. The caramel delight is good, while the blueberry and mango semifreddo was very cold, with a bit of a strong taste.
In my opinion, the ingredients should be specified more clearly on the menu, and not left so vaguely with the words "for any allergies specify to staff". The menu is in fact too misleading and some components actually present in the dishes are not mentioned, which can create confusion or problems for those with special needs.
Too bad that the mid-August menu was only available for lunch and not for dinner, something not specified in the menu. The day of August does not end at 1 pm has 24 hours like every other day, and it would have been useful to specify "August lunch" on the menu, so as to avoid asking unnecessarily for the menu of August for dinner.
Really a shame that, in such a beautiful place, some dishes are frozen, something not specified in the menu, and not very characteristic, leaving little incentive to return.
By subscribing to the newsletter, they offer a complimentary glass of wine, a very nice gesture. The staff is helpful and very polite.

Not particularly satisfied
The review is definitely positive regarding the location and service. A little less about the menu proposal and the quality of the food. Mea culpa not to have checked before, but I found the menu a bit “pretentious”, with very elaborate dishes served in rather small quantities, at the expense of dishes a bit more “farm”. Prices are also very high for quantities. I took the carpaccio and the veal. Carpaccio of good quality, the veal instead I found excessively fat.
For the value for money and the menu proposal, I would not return.
