Great location and pool
Great location and amazing pool that was kept cool in 100+ temperatures. Rooms are small. You only get 1 beach towel per person. If you want a clean one, you have to can additional 4 euros. The hotel is lovely but needs some TLC/ cleaning.

Not a 4* experience
If you are looking for a 4-star luxury hotel, as advertised, with the service and atmosphere that should come with it, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
Positives:
The location is excellent, with a private beach and just a short walk into Cefalù.
Breakfast was varied.
The rooftop pool was a positive feature.
Negatives:
On arrival, the check-in process felt very unfriendly. We were not asked about our journey, nor were we offered a drink.
There was very little storage space in the room for clothes, meaning we had to live out of our suitcases.
The rooms were very minimal and looked tired, with mould on the bathroom walls, a scratched mirror, stained walls, and very dirty balcony glass.
The bathroom toiletries seemed cheap. Given how much the hotel promotes its spa offering, I would have expected higher-quality, branded, or spa-grade products.
The bar had erratic opening times.
Some staff appeared unhappy in their roles, which contributed to a poor atmosphere.
We raised some of these issues during our stay, and management did take notice. They repaired the mouldy bathroom wall and provided a coffee machine for our room after an incident where we could not get coffee anywhere in the hotel outside breakfast hours. When we booked through Booking.com, the listing stated that there was an on-site coffee shop, but this was not the case.
The hotel also offered me a complimentary spa massage, which I accepted. However, this did not feel like a luxury experience. The masseuse did not speak English, did not ask whether I had any injuries or areas to avoid, and used unscented oil. At one point during the massage, I was not properly or respectfully covered with a towel, which made me extremely uncomfortable. I have never experienced this in any other spa, and if I had paid for the treatment, I would have been very unhappy.
We appreciate that management tried to address our complaints, but the issues still affected our holiday. Overall, the experience felt average rather than exceptional.

Hotel with a fantastic pool but some things need to be improved.
Hotel with a fantastic rooftop pool, with an incredible view of the sea, the city, and the fortress. We sincerely thank the bartender Rosario for always welcoming us at the pool with a smile and kindness, as well as the pianist Marco, a truly exquisite person, who cheers up the guests every afternoon with live music. The hotel's location on the seafront is good, close to many nice places where you can eat in the evening. Good sea view from the room.
The room gave us the impression of being a bit smaller than the indicated measurements, but it was still clean and tidy.
The beach in front of the hotel is certainly very beautiful and clean, but entering the sea is a bit difficult due to the presence of several rocks near the shore. The lifeguard was kind and friendly. Overall, we had a really good time. The hotel is beautiful and we highly recommend it. We would like to offer some suggestions on two aspects that in our opinion should be improved. The first concerns the cleaning of the balconies. Since they are made of glass, they get dirty easily and one cannot expect to have them always perfect, but it would be courteous to have them cleaned at least on the first day the guests arrive in the room.
The other aspect concerns the soundproofing of the room's French door, which should be improved, given the presence of a nightclub and amusement rides right near the hotel, which makes sleeping a bit difficult.

An absolutely unforgettable experience! My wife, my cousin, his wife, and I booked a massage at the spa of this splendid hotel in Cefalù, and we were all ecstatic.
From the very first moment, we were welcomed with unique kindness, care, and warmth by Carmen. She made us feel pampered and at ease right away, demonstrating extraordinary professionalism and rare empathy.
The massage was simply heavenly: a perfect balance of manual skills, relaxing techniques, and attention to detail that melted away every tension, regenerating body and mind. Coming out of the cabin, we felt literally reborn.
The cleanliness, the atmosphere of the SPA, and the sweetness of the welcome make this place a true corner of paradise. A special thanks goes to Carmen for having made our vacation in Cefalù even more special.
