Excellent property.

Hotel very well-kept in every detail with very kind and professional staff.
Impeccable cleanliness, very comfortable pool and beach, and the breakfast was delicious.

The kilometer of well-being and relaxation.

A truly splendid hotel with many strengths. A stunning pool with ample space around it, just 50 meters from the shoreline. You exit the hotel, cross Aurelia and the promenade, and you find all the beauty of Celle in its blue-flag sea and its well-maintained beaches. Parking is indeed a great bonus for the sunny summer Liguria, having a safe and reliable parking spot. So, within 100 meters, there is everything. Top cleanliness. A breakfast complete with every delicacy, well prepared. A place to return to again and again....

Barbieri would have a lot to criticize!!

Disappointing for a 4-star establishment..
Dinner consisted of only a first course and a second course of fish (there is no vegetable buffet, and few options to choose from the menu) and lasts from 8 PM to 9:30 PM.. very slow service!!
Superficial cleaning (in the room, a used glass remained on the table for 4 days, and the pillowcases were changed after 4 days because I pointed it out).
Improvements can be made considering the cost!

La ringraziamo per aver condiviso la Sua esperienza, anche se ci dispiace leggere che non sia rimasta soddisfatta.
Ci permettiamo di precisare che il servizio ristorante prevede l'ingresso in sala tra le 19:30 e le 21:30; la cucina non chiude alle 21:30, ma continua regolarmente a servire gli ospiti entrati entro l'orario previsto.
Avendo scelto il trattamento di pernottamento e prima colazione, avete cenato presso il nostro ristorante in una delle sere del soggiorno. Il nostro format non prevede buffet, ma un servizio al tavolo con un menu alla carta composto da una selezione di circa cinque antipasti, cinque primi e cinque secondi, pensato per valorizzare la qualità delle preparazioni e garantire piatti espressi.
Per quanto riguarda la pulizia della camera, invece, desideriamo porgere le nostre scuse. Gli inconvenienti da Lei segnalati non rispecchiano gli standard che ci poniamo quotidianamente. Abbiamo già affrontato internamente quanto accaduto con il reparto housekeeping affinché situazioni simili non si ripetano.
Ogni segnalazione rappresenta per noi un'opportunità di miglioramento e La ringraziamo per averci dedicato il Suo tempo.

Two nights in Paradise

Hotels in Liguria are difficult to find with short arms that have impeccable cleanliness, with an extraordinary maid who every evening brought us a Sassello cookie; breakfast was never seen to be so good, there was everything and everything was exquisite, the room was perfect, the mattress was top-notch, but the cherry on top was the parking, which in Celle is like finding a needle in a haystack. Keep it up, and you will always be fully booked.
