Relax...rest...top!!

Fantastic relaxation!! Everything was very good, just a 3-minute walk from the waterfront... my wife and I spent a weekend in this beautiful establishment with very kind staff and maximum cleanliness in all areas... beautiful pool with an open bar and a very kind bartender!!! I definitely recommend it.

Nice, familiar and close to the sea

A nice aparthotel with a lovely saltwater pool and close to beach and city. The apartments have okay standard but the kitchen is not so well equipped and the bathrooms could be a little bigger (especially the shower area). A plus for laundry facilities and the bar in the entrance.

Well-organized apartment

During our stay, there was a technical malfunction, but the management showed a lot of professionalism in handling the situation.
The apartment had been recently renovated, and the space was organized very functionally. The microwave was very useful for cooking quick meals.
We greatly appreciated the amenities such as the huge saltwater pool and the availability of bicycles.
The area offers several very scenic trekking paths. I would absolutely recommend it.

Stunning residence.

Brand new residence.
Very nice and clean, stunning pool with seawater where you can relax! Tables by the pool to enjoy their breakfasts or food that is always available. They gave us a room with a balcony even though we had booked the one without it for just one night; they were very kind! Friendly, nice, and helpful staff. Excellent location in the center of Ceriale, there is a nice free parking lot in front of the residence. Highly recommended.

Great experience

I stayed at the Apart Hotel Uliveto and the experience was really excellent. The property is surrounded by greenery and offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for getting away from the daily routine.
The apartments are spacious, clean and well equipped, ideal for both couples and families. I also enjoyed the attention to detail and the comfort of the rooms. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to meet every request with a smile.
The pools are very nice, well maintained and perfect for relaxing during the day, while the tennis courts are kept really well, ideal for those who love to play sports even on holiday.
The location is strategic: close to the sea but at the same time far from the chaos, allowing you to fully enjoy the quiet of the area. Also excellent value for money.
I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday in Liguria. Would stay there again without hesitation!
