Friendliness and comfort
We stayed at this hotel and were really impressed not only by the comfort and cleanliness of the structure, but above all by the human quality of the staff. Special thanks go to the girls at the reception, always smiling, helpful and ready to make us feel at home.
In particular, I would like to emphasize the kindness and sweetness of the girl who also took care of breakfast: her attention, the delicacy and humanity with which she dealt not only with us, but especially with my children, were an added value that made our experience unforgettable.
It is not easy to find people who know how to transmit so much care and authenticity: this is what makes the difference and that will definitely keep us coming back.

Different expectations
The structure should decide whether to accommodate large groups of young people or individual families. The first disturb the second, the second limit the expectations of the first. I believe it is logical! Young groups aim for sleepless nights of chatter. We apologized at the moment that such liveliness fell into rudeness due to some element.

Simple but effective.
The hostel is a simple structure, but clean and functional, ideal for those looking for a good compromise between quality and price. The location is very convenient and the overall organization of the facility is well thought out. I particularly appreciated the presence of the shared kitchen, which allows for self-catering and makes the stay even more practical and economical. The only small aspect that could be improved is the kitchen itself. During our stay, there were two rather large groups, and much of the available space was occupied by their food supplies. Since the kitchen is relatively small, this made its use a bit less convenient. That said, we did not have any particular problems preparing simple meals. It should also be noted that the kitchen has only two induction cooktops, so it is not designed for elaborate or particularly demanding preparations.
A special commendation goes to the staff, who were always available and kind. In particular, I would like to thank the receptionist with glasses (unfortunately, I do not know her name), who was extremely courteous and professional throughout our stay. The same goes for the night guard.
It was also very useful to have the option to rent an umbrella directly at the reception for only 3 euros per day. It can be used at the free beach located right in front of the hostel, beyond the pine forest, a truly convenient solution for those who want to spend time at the beach without spending too much.
The breakfast is simple: white and whole wheat sliced bread, toast, various types of jam, hazelnut cream, butter, honey, cereals, several hot beverages, and fruit juices. Nothing particularly elaborate, but since it was included in the price in our case, it was fine for us.
It is also worth mentioning the convenience of the parking, an additional point in favor of the establishment.
Overall, I recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a practical and economical stay, with a welcoming staff and useful services for a worry-free vacation.

Good location and staff but incomplete room and negative breakfast
Our room on the 4th floor was well beyond the spartan bed in other reviews: no bedside tables (not even a shelf or a side table in the room), no abat jour, in the wardrobe of the triple room there was only a hanger, in the bathroom only one hook for the 3 shower towels, no cabinet where to store the necessary for the bathroom, empty shower gel dispenser and soap, the entrance door of the room let in the corridor light even from the sides. Cleanliness of the rooms was superficial and not very accurate. Very clean sheets and towels. Newly renovated bathroom, spacious shower, new sanitary ware. It seemed just arranged but still decidedly incomplete in the decor for an overnight stay at the price paid (100€ / night without breakfast, kite festival ). The breakfast, paid € 3 / person in addition to the overnight stay, was certainly spartan, but also disorganized and meager both in the dishes (which were not found) and in the supplies of drinks and food. Better do it at the bar.
We save the kindness of the staff, the location facing the pine forest and the spacious indoor parking, as well as the cleanliness of the bed linen and the size of the bathroom.
