The room with family views.
The room was booked as a single room with a balcony, for a modest surcharge, but I got a huge double room with all amenities and a fantastic panoramic view. Everything worked fine and was kept clean and neat each of the 7 nights that I was so lucky to stay with Sergio and Clara and their extended family. All guests were treated as if they were part of a large family and received a fabulous service. The food was typically genuine Italian, but for breakfast the buffet was extended to contain everything a European could desire. I would praise the hotel and the staff to the clouds and recommend a stay there at any time.

Customer focus and simplicity, a perfect alchemy.
We returned to this hotel a year later and I can not help but renew my compliments. Family management attentive to the customer, honest prices, and again dinner in a superb restaurant. Just a couple of choices for those on half board, but every course is mouthwatering, with the two very good ladies who were there last year too who are always afraid to leave you hungry. The dumplings with meat sauce and butter and sage ravioli were really delicious. The room is “old style” 70s, but spotless, and the bathroom has been recently renovated. However, the quality of sleep is guaranteed thanks to the excellent mattresses. Free garage closed and safe for the bike and the very large and pleasant outdoor terrace where you can relax. It is now our reference point when we return to the area.

Unforgettable experience
Me, my partner and our two dogs spent two weeks of vacation in this hotel and we found ourselves divinely. The structure is well maintained, the large room, with a furnished balcony with beautiful views of the relaxing hills. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious and comfortable. Everything is extremely clean. The linen of excellent quality. The common parts very pleasant. We took advantage of the Half Inn. Breakfast is rich, with fresh products, homemade desserts, very good choice of savory, corner with various gluten / lactose free products. The dinners always varied with generous portions and all really of the highest quality. A healthy, simple and delicious cuisine. There wasn't even one dish we didn't like. The value for money absolutely unbeatable. They also have excellent local wines to try, at very competitive prices. What makes the structure a real rare gem is the staff. The managers, Mr. Sergio, Mrs. Carla and her children are lovely people, of a kindness of yesteryear. People who can really make you feel welcome. Equipped with a sincere sense of hospitality. Also the Ladies waitresses Stefania, Paloma and Nunzia always attentive to our every need, always smiling, nice, easygoing and sweet with our dogs. We recommend 100% this property to anyone who wants to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday. Chianciano offers many possibilities including the beautiful spa, the promenades, the historic center and all the excursions that you can do in nearby villages such as Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino etc. We really hope that realities like this can continue to thrive to still make the tourism sector an excellence of our country. Not quite okay.
Very friendly staff. Very small and narrow balcony without a table. The shower calked to, only weak rays. Worn mattress.
A lot of traffic noise. The hotel is located in a very “dead” area, overall the city seemed crowded with many closed shops and hotels.

Simplicity and relaxation, when you don't need much to feel good
Family run with impeccable service, everyone very kind and honest prices. We had dinner in the hotel, we knew that for the price paid the menu would be fixed, but if the dishes are good, you don't need much. We ate spaghetti all'Amatriciana made expressly which I still dream about, as well as the grilled flattened chicken, very tasty.
The room is typical of past years, but very clean and well maintained, the mattress is also excellent. There is also an elevator.
The outdoor terrace is very pleasant and the covered garage for the motorbike is very welcome. My wife and I will definitely be back.
