Perfect stay

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. Spacious rooms with possibility of overlooking a terrace overlooking the street, very comfortable beds. Perfect location to move around Chiari even on foot and by car in the surroundings. The hotel also has restaurant service. Special mention for the restaurant: excellent cuisine both for first and second courses and for pizzas, delicious, light and special. Very pleasant environment and attention to detail. Owners very nice, helpful and welcoming, in short the really ideal situation when traveling. Highly recommended. If I have the opportunity to pass through Chiari and surroundings again, I will definitely return to this hotel.

Could someone explain to me how it gets to 3 stars?

I stayed in this hotel for one night on business.
The hotel is built above the restaurant. The rooms are large, but ugly, old but quite clean, even if the cobweb in the ceiling/wall corner is present, probably in memory of Halloween.
The bed, which I had as a single, is dated and creaks with every movement.
The shower was a bit difficult as the hot water took a while to arrive but above all very little water flowed as the shower head was probably blocked by limescale.
Luckily I brought earplugs to sleep, as the hotel is not soundproofed at all and being on the road you can all hear the noises: the ambulance (which, being 500m from the hospital passes often) is like having it in your room. Even the noises from other rooms can all be heard, starting from talking and ending with the draining of water or the use of the bathroom itself.
Furthermore, for those who want to sleep in the dark it is a problem, as the curtains darken very little.
There is no concierge, they leave the keys for you. There is no breakfast, but there are a couple of bars nearby.
It is a stay that I would not recommend. Honestly, I don't understand how it is considered a 3-star hotel, it should be a 2-star hotel.

Very nice place.

Cental position,cheaper and confortable....i had all I needed.... Restaurant is a expression of Real italian cousine....and pizza is the best that I ever eat in my life... Thanks to all the gentle people that working there...

Soggiorno veramente strepitoso. Personale super cortese, stanza grande e pulita, cucina eccellente grazie al mitico chef, troppo bravo. Consigliato assolutamente. Ci tornerò molto volentieri. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Bellissima accoglienza, vicinissimo sia alla stazione che al centro città.. Consiglio vivamemte anche per il ristorante... Staff sempre disponibile per qualsiasi eventualità, stanze molto belle e grandi
