The service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with hot water, but it wasn't a big deal. Our overall experience was excellent.

Toiletry supplies were mixed up. e.g. Hand lotion bottle had shampoo, etc.. Room size was good. Breakfast is average continental and no special egg, Only scramble eggs available. Juices were from concentrate and not fresh. Front desk service was attentive and good.

Convenient stay for Como

The hotel is really convenient for all transport hubs, with restaurants located literally on the doorstep. Not all the rooms have views obviously!
Room was a lot smaller than we have had, the carpets and bathroom need an upgrade. The room did smell but the cleaning staff were genuinely very good. The hotel is generous with towels and complimentary products.
The breakfast was genuinely boring, it was the same every day and we did look elsewhere for variety but ended up eating there for convenience.
The room we were in was on the second floor and the aircon was loud but manageable, weirdly we could hear the taps running and toilets flushing in the floor above us. But the hotel itself was quiet even with a very busy pizzeria immediately below our room
Overall a convenient stay, hotel staff were not as welcoming as I would have expected, there was no attempt to provide information about the area or a map, which I found later on. The restaurant staff were lovely and helpful however. We've stayed at 4 star hotels elsewhere and I genuinely wouldn't rate this at that.

It’s okay but not great or even good.

We chose the hotel bc of proximity to an air b&b where family was staying and based on photos on web. The photos are deceptive as the room was very small and shabby although we had an unobstructed lake view and it appeared to be clean. In its favor, the staff was very helpful and polite. The location is good.
