ALL PERFECT THEN.........

I am greeted by a very friendly and nice guy, delicious dinner, clean room and impeccable bathroom, perfect heating and comfortable bed, very honest price......mha.....
2 serious things to report:
1 the small bottled water I requested at dinner had expired by 07/2025
2 miserable breakfast a single croissant on a saucer already on the table....... sad

Paradise exists: Terme del Tufaro!

The stars of Our sky would not be enough to describe the wonder of this Paradise! If I were to be asked the question: “which spa would you choose for your next holiday?” I would say, “The Tufaro Spa all my life!” I spent a magical weekend with My family in this structure as famous as fascinating! Mr. Giuseppe (The owner), is a person of unmistakable elegance, as soon as we arrived we welcomed Him together with an excellent and very valid collaborator! The staff of the SPA is unparalleled, they provided us with the right indications on the wellness paths, asking carefully about Our body condition, and as a result, after the treatments we felt catapulted into a surreal dimension reigned by well-being! The excellent cuisine with generous portions, the chefs take care of the details of the dishes, and the staff of the room demonstrates a mad passion for the public and for Their magnificent work! There is also a diner run by two lovely and helpful ladies who delighted us with magnificent and more than satisfying cuisine! Impeccable cleanliness, comfortable beds, and unparalleled views! The nature that grows in this structure, is breathtaking, the trees, the flowers the scents, do not exist anywhere, you can breathe fresh and clean air! We returned home with a real and sincere smile because these days have transmitted us positivity, well-being and kindness without equal! The will to get out of the pools was not there, because the water had the right temperature, and you could feel all the benefits of thermal waters, both in the outdoor and indoor pools! Thank you Mr. Joseph, congratulations for the devotion you show in every moment of your days, congratulations to all that you have created, and congratulations to each of your individual collaborators!

To be avoided

Would not stay there again since the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The pool water in the spa is cold and consequently, in these periods, is unusable. The structure is not cared for , in the rooms does not work the shower or toilet... from the windows runs water. I strongly advise against it.

Hotel to avoid

Hotel with potential, but management and services unfortunately very lacking.
Spa neglected: cold thermal pool, cold environments, friendly but insufficient staff. Uncontrolled sauna and steam room, with guests ignoring reservations (sometimes even entering with children).
Rooms with structural problems (air conditioning and drains not working). Low quality catering.
The only positive note: the kindness and professionalism of Mrs. Antonella at reception.
We're not coming back.
