Oasis of peace on the hills❤️

I booked at the Cruna di Subida seeking peace and tranquility.
I found much more: super hospitable, kind, and available owners. They love their work and it shows in every detail.
The room is elegant, nothing left to chance.
Super breakfast with local products.
I highly recommend booking at Cruna if you, like me, are lovers of perfection.

Truly the Eye or Heart of Subida

Cruna di Subida, literally the eye of Subida ("Cruna"), is ideally located in the Collio Hills minutes from central Cormons. Here, you will find welcoming hosts Madi and Marco and their two lovable bull terriers: Alfio and Bianca.
The Cruna is a neat little boutique agriturismo serving great breakfast in an idyllic setting. Surrounded by vineyards, it is an oasis equipped with all of the amenities (swimming pool, cantina, outdoor fireplace, terrace, etc.) one would expect at an upscale resort. We have stayed at other places in the Cormons area, but if you are seeking 5 star service in an intimate setting, this is the place. The hosts are very knowledgeable and can make recommendations for restaurants, wine tastings, and special events in the area.
I highly recommend Cruna and can't wait to return.

Lunch on the bike

We stopped by chance, attracted by the beauty and peace of the place.
Platter of cured meats, all local, absolutely space-saving, meticulous in selection and presentation, mature cheese with honey, bread cooked in a wood-fired oven from a local bakery, wine from their cellar, homemade desserts.
Special atmosphere, with excellent background music.

Lovely place

We frequent this place to enjoy an aperitif with a view of the Collio. Excellent wines from their production. Very well-kept and expertly managed venue. The cheeses are excellent as are the cold cuts. A bisioux, try it to believe it
