ENVELOPING
Welcoming and enveloping with the entire Stefy family involved and engaging, ready to accommodate any requests.
Strategic location for reaching nearby destinations; from the Wineries to Montisola, Torbiere, Pyramids of the area, etc.
The Pinot room is a bit cozy but has everything you need; both the pillows and the mattress are truly comfortable; acoustically perfectly isolated and very clean.
Continental breakfast with savory items including some cured meats of their own production and local cheeses, eggs (from their own hens) prepared to your liking. Not to mention the cakes, all fresh and made by them (no frozen croissants) and suitable for those with lactose intolerance.
In short, a relaxing weekend at a POP price. If I happen to be in the area again and the Suite is available, even better.
We had a great time and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it.

Amazing!!
We just left the Terrace on the Vines, and I must immediately leave a review for this beautiful place where, as soon as you step in, you feel at home and like one of the family because with Stefania and Enrico, it truly is that way, and they welcome you with their big hearts. The property is very well-kept and has many thoughtful touches of hospitality that are not to be taken for granted for a B&B. Breakfast is a separate chapter that alone is worth the vacation; cakes, cookies, and any variety of sweets, fruits, and savory items, all homemade and with zero-kilometer products (yes, because everything comes from their garden and orchard, including the eggs).

Stefania and Enrico have transformed a historic family centro storico into one of the finest B&B experiences in the region, and they make it look effortless.
The location is a rare find: genuinely rural and peaceful, yet within easy reach of Bergamo, Milan, and Verona. Secure parking on-site is a practical bonus that many guests with families will appreciate.
We arrived with four children and were welcomed without hesitation. The interior design is thoughtful and refined throughout, and the breakfast is outstanding, with fresh cakes, homemade products, eggs, and vegetables straight from the farm. Nothing feels generic or rushed.
What sets this place apart is Stefania. She is, simply put, an exceptional host. She is attentive from the very first contact, anticipates needs before you voice them, and follows through on every detail until your last morning. She plans personalised routes based on the weather. She has curated recommendations for parks and local activities, the kind of insider knowledge that turns a good stay into a memorable one.
If you are travelling with family or want to experience Italian hospitality at its best in a beautifully designed property, this is where you stay.

Pros:
- Very friendly staff. The young owner couple Stefania and Enrico give everything.
- I am a connoisseur and could live out myself at the breakfast buffet comprehensively! Breakfast was not good in each case, but it was very, very good - including homemade bread, cakes etc.
- Above average mattress quality.
- By the way, Enrico is an excellent hairdresser. I would let him cut my hair again during a next stay!
- I could list a lot of positives, but I want to be brief: I couldn't run a B&B better - for me a rating of actually race-pure 10/10 points!
Cons:
- Complaining is here at the highest level ............
- The double room 'Bollicine' is very small (as described), but with every comfort for me.
- A car on site seems ideal to me. Excursions by public transport should be arduous.
- the room is noisy.
