Beyond expectations

Good hotel. Very welcoming environment, large room with views of the valley, shuttle service to the slopes quick and without waiting, ski room with boot warmer (ski holder without possibility of closure). Spa small but complete and cozy (fake plants ). Surely the 'important aspect is the cuisine: quality dinner, deserves more than the actual three stars, congratulations!

Deposit lost without any alternative

Unfortunately I cannot express a positive opinion on this structure.
Due to a serious family problem I could not take advantage of the booked stay. Despite the timely communication, the property has not granted any form of refund of the deposit, nor has it shown willingness to reschedule or offer a voucher.
I understand the existence of cancellation policies, but in exceptional situations you would expect at least a minimum of flexibility and attention to the customer, especially against a significant deposit.
Disappointing experience from a human and customer management point of view.

Excellent ski hotel

Absolutely excellent hotel for a skiing weekend. The refurb has been done really nicely, the rooms are comfortable with great beds and showers. The lounge and bar areas are comfortable, and the wellness is great for post skiing - it's not a huge space but they have designed it well and the sauna is big. The food is excellent, simple well cooked Tyrolean meals and a great breakfast. And the staff are lovely. All in all, an excellent choice in Corvara and I think it's excellent value for money

Excellent structure.

I stayed last week at this property that I must say is very good. We were half board and both breakfast and dinner were great, perhaps the dessert section at dinner could be improved. A special mention goes to Sara from the reception who was always very kind and helped me recover the wallet I had left at the hotel.

What a Hotel!

I really don’t understand some of the recent low reviews of this hotel. Usually there are two sides to a story and I can’t believe some of the comments made.
From the moment we arrived we had such a warm welcome. We were quite late arriving and the dinner service was coming to an end, however, we were told not to worry checking in for the moment and to head straight to the restaurant where we would be looked after. The restaurant staff were all brilliant and so friendly.
The highlight was the food - absolutely delicious and plentiful. There was a buffet to start, then a starter and main, plus pudding. The wines are all reasonably priced for the quality.
The wellness area is excellent and so relaxing. The rooms are very comfortable and clean.
If you like your skiing, there is a hotel shuttle that runs at certain times of the day and a bus stop near the entrance running every 15 mins to the main gondola.
I really can’t rate this hotel enough. I’ve been fortunate enough to travel a lot in my life and this one go straight up there as one of the best. It has a real family feel and
