Lovely Chalet!!

We returned from a week at the chalet Pinis, all wonderful, the apartments are lovely, spotless and equipped with everything you need, the center of Corvara is within easy walking distance. The possibility of having warm bread in the morning is a real cuddle and the playground a nice added value to the structure for those with children.
Ms. Patrizia welcomed us beautifully and is available for any request. We will definitely be back!!

Chalet Pinis gorgeous!

We stayed for a week at this residence and felt like home. Our apartment was lovely, cozy and very clean.
It was a wonderful experience!
Giulio and his mother Patrizia, were very kind, always ready and available to give advice and meet any request and need. The location of the residence is excellent, a stone's throw from the center of Corvara, with the bus stop in front of the hotel. Thank you for the welcome! Highly recommended!

Nice stay

We stayed for a week with our two children (7, 9 years old) in one 2 room apartment. The apartment was recently renovated with style. The kitchen is basic (without oven) but had everything needed incl. dishwasher.
As the location is a bit outside of the village itself (approx. 1 km away from the cable car) there is a possibility to use a regular bus line (which stops few meters away from the house). The owner provides you free of charge with bus tickets.
The owner Patricia was very polite and helpful. She is organising for the guests, on a very fair price, every morning a delivery of fresh backed bread, which was an excellent service.

Spacious and comfortable apartment

We stayed in a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment, which was very spacious. The kitchen area was basic but functional (we're English/Australian so we would have liked a toaster, microwave and/or oven!). The Wifi was a bit patchy. Ample parking. Convenient boot room. Our host Patrizia went out of her way to be helpful, with free bus tickets, a bread service, laundry and local info including ski hire recommendation. Her English isn't strong so brush up on your Italian/German (local language is 'ladin')! Corvara is a fabulous location in the Dolomites with so much skiing and hiking choice. Chalet Pinis is only a short walk from the centre. We hope to return. Thank you Patrizia!

We apologize that the WiFi was not so fast, we are planning to migrate to the optical fibre soon, fingers crossed. :-)
Next time, please feel free to ask for the oven, we will be happy to bring one to your apartment. Unfortunately, we don’t have many of them, but some can be provided on request. According to my children, I am a great cook and I would love to share my know-how concerning some Italian recipes like Lasagne or Crespelle. :-)

Nice place to stay

The room at the Pinis we stayed in was really comfortable and cosy. Nice wooden walls and floor in nice lightning. The kitchen was decently equipped for preparing basic meals. The bathroom was excellent with huge walk-in shower, as well as gigantic balcony, which we didn't use much because of the cold outside. We actually liked it that they turned down the heating overnight. Also the ski room is handy with plenty of ski boots heaters, so you don't need the hassle of putting them apart for drying. Bus station is near, but as it was the early start of the season the buses were not that frequent, so we took a car. To sum, a nice place to stay if a ski in ski out option is not that important for you.
